The breakfast in the dining room is free and savoury. It's fancy place, the location is good, not far from a beautiful, secret garden, all major attractions and the museums. Attentive service and the food is outstanding.

Very central location just next door to Duomo, 2-3 minute walk and the center of Florece close to the Duomo, and restaurants and eateries are very close to the hotel. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the nice staff. The rooms here are luxurious and big with a bottle of monnalisa sparkling wine in a cooler.

The staff was excellent and amicable and we will come back. View was nice, breakfast was savoury, and beds were very comfy.

Stayed in functional classic queen room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The location of the hotel was very central, near the centre of Forence, and the garden during the day and evening.

The venue is fairly clean and reasonably large, views are lovely, the location is great and brilliant adjacent to Duomo, River Arno and several locations and public areas which where numerous around the building. There are big and elegant rooms with good size bathrooms. The breakfast is tasty and enjoyable, includes fresh bread, biscuits, and pastries.

This hotel met what was needed, we recommend to all. The rooms were both unique, neat, complete with spa bath, the beautiful garden, as example. Very central location was a plus. The area was historic close enough to Duomo, Accademia, Uffuzi, Ponte Vechio bridge, shops and restaurants, all the major tourist attractions and a beautiful, secret garden.

Well air-conditioned and functional room with a spotless bathroom and fast working WiFi, great coffee, and a safe box. Fantastic location to all the major attractions and easy access to a market and all the major shops. Plus, around 4-6 minutes' walk from St Chad's.

Recently refurbished & functional unit with superb glass window overlooking the garden, genourous wardrobe space fully equipped bathroom, for instance. Good service, competent staff during stay.

The breakfast with cheese and fresh juices was inclusive, you’ll find what you need. Reasonably large room with several daily newspapers in different languages, spent our time lovely. The location was marvellous and beautiful, through a maze of one-way mediaeval streets, in the downtown area.

Thank you everyone for a very relaxing stay with winter. Had very central location in a quiet enough area. I was happy to find Dam Caffe Bistrot, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel and served nice food.

The hotel had a stunning location minutes from Sant'ambrogio Chuch. You could walk to a market and all the main shops. It was new-fashioned, unique and with jacuzzi tub.

Enjoyed our stay, had glorious 2 days overall. Its location within walking distance of a medieval cathedral was particularly good. Throughout the day staff were efficient. The service was welcoming, that made the hotel unique and relaxing place.

Whole place was clean with exceptional views; great and incredible location free in the "common " areas "WHY. New-fashioned room and spotlessly clean bathroom, free breakfast. Quiet efficient air-conditioning, a storage space, and high-speed internet were convenient.

The hotel was in a very central location in the centre of town. And we were so close to restaurants, cafes, the canal and 20 minute walk to the main train station and all major attractions of the town.

Kind of odd area.

Everything met the criteria, I will be back. The room was elegant and spacious with balcony and I enjoyed the Mediaeval-style building. The breakfast was marvellous and perfect, the check in was early. Besides, I parked nearby.

The continental breakfast is a feast. The staff is efficient, best. The location is gorgeous and lovely, it's so close to Very near to the centre about 10 minute walk to the Duomo, The Academy, Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the reception and restaurant areas. Trattoria Accadi, where you can eat, is around 10-15 minutes walk from from here.

All the staff members are qualified and best. It offers good service. Moreover, guests can use parking nearby. The location is incredible and particularly good, down establishment.

Tbh, had a lovely stay of 4 nights. Could use their private parking. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, within walking distance of a Renaissance palace. Further, it was just off the center of Florence.

I was happy, the classic king room I booked came with large bathroom, the garden plus modern baths etc. You could leave a car onsite.

The venue's position was very central. Besides, the area was absolutely charming, next to Bargello National Museum.

Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, I will be back. By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun. The bar was pretty great.
