i got modern and huge room with great shower and at least 3 big suitcases as advertised. the setting was comfortable, just next door to the main centre, the arno river and the tourist areas of florence.

There was a uncomfortable bed.

The setting was quite particularly good and excellent within easy reach of a 15th - century Dominican church. And we were near the main centre.

The hotel was in the best possible and nice location, close to the train station. Overall it was great-sized with a big bed.

The stay was such wonderful! The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful and everything was modern. The room was huge and big sized, had a mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe and air conditioning. The location was convenient and easy, in the center, and the bed comfy. There was Panificio Palatresi nearby to grab something to eat.

The staff was simply WELCOMING and they had great beds. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. It deserves its 3 stars.
