The hotel was close to all attractions/museums, the main bus station and the important sights thanks to its great and incredible location. I ate at the 24-hour restaurant near the property.

A hip new hotel with local food. Decent sized, airy room provided with tasty breakfast, a great bathroom plus comfortable bed. Beautiful location in Florence Historic Centre district not far from right next to the train station and a supermarket.

Fairly clean property with incredibly welcoming and exceptional staff. Marvellous location of this fantastic place, really close to major attractions, the train station there where people allways making noise at night down outside the building + the area arround the train station is under construction and train station and centre of Florence. Besides, excellent for visiting an innovative gallery.

It made my trip to Florence a very very good experience. The rooms were well-equipped and nicely furnished, it was clean and reasonably spacious venue.

The airport was 10 km away. All the staff was lovely and great, settled my issues. They helped me with restaurants, it was nice. I had the twin room which was quiet and huge.

Everything was perfect and the rooms were beautifully designed and contemporary. The superfriendly staff provided all the necessary info. The location turned out to be amazing and fantastic, not far from the train station there where people allways making noise at night down outside the building + the area arround the train station is under construction, the shopping area and all the historical sites and downtown and all the tourist spots. Also, the hotel was set a 10-15 minute walking distance from Medici Chapel. I enjoyed the Chinese cuisine served in the 24-hour restaurant. Excellent services were available. Had the option to leave my car nearby.

I appreciated good food. Its location at a moderate distance from a spandrel arch bridge was good.

The location was marvellous and incredible: the main shopping centre and a market were within walking distance. The staff was exceptional and pleasant, the breakfast offered was particularly nice with a good choice of food. We had a spacious bedroom.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Florence. I loved the hotel, it was comfortable with fast wi-fi. Neat and airy room, besides I had a pleasant view. The service was terrific in my opinion. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

An easy walk to the train station, the location was easy and the best, with most attractions in walking distance. Choosing for lunch Panificio, which is situated 100 metres away was a good idea. Our double room included a high ceiling and a sofa bed. Thanks to the absolutely courteous staff everything was very good, including variety of LOCAL food.

Incredibly nice breakfasts, with pastries, fresh fruit and soft boiled eggs. Magnificent, easy location close to the centre. A modern and good value hotel, my first choice in Florence.

This is a great hotel in a nice building. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, at a moderate distance from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Also, it is right by duomo, mercato and ponte vecchio, and the train station and several fast food places. There is a 24-hour restaurant on site. When I am in Florence, I like staying here.

My room was spotless & soundproof and overlooked city. The location was fantastic, short walk to most attractions, restaurants and shops, the train station there, and Close to restaurants.

The room was neat and airy with a spacious bathroom and it had wake-up service, that's cool. The hotel had a stunning location close to Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. The main shopping centre and a market were right next door.

Fine and fairly clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is awesome. The location is marvellous, and the area is lovely walking distance to restaurants and bars. A 5-minute walk will take you to Panino Mondiale, where you can eat.

Beautiful and stylish hotel, characterful base for 2 nights in Florence. Soundproof and huge room available with shower, clean large bathroom and an exceptionally high ceiling. Marvellous and stunning location not very far from an art museum. Located walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The location great near the major monuments. Near to next to the station and major attractions, restaurants, supermarket and laundry shops.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The staff were supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating, offered very good services. The location was particularly good and stunning, for example, a prominent art museum was not too far from the hotel.

Throughout the day staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. We have booked double room with great bathrooms, comfortable beds, as for instance for 1 night.

Newly remodelled units with 1 or 2 kids, accesible coffee machine plus big windows, and the staff were amicable.
