Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Medici Chapel was unbeatable and marvellous. I was happy, the double room I booked came with coffee.

Some of the staff were a little noisy.

The stuff are incredibly kind and the rooms are big. The location is good, not very far from an indoor market hall. Its 5 min walk to the centre.

My 1 night in Florence were enjoyable. Amicable team, they made me feel welcome. The location was unbeatable and great, close to the train station, if you need it. Liked my time here.

The hotel staff was extremely noisy.

I truly enjoyed to be in this place. I had a very enjoyable experience here, everything was fine, the location was perfect really close to main attractions of the city and the centre. All the staff was very helpful, settled my issues.

Appreciated an electronic key card, a work desk, and pay television in the room. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were comfy. The staff were amicable and amazingly kind and took care of me.
