The hotel itself was functional and exceptionally clean and the staff were amicable, it had ideal location in the center of Florence.

The units are functional and tidy with a view.

It was new-fashioned, huge and with views of the duomo from the terrace.

The stay was very very good. Perfectly clean and special hotel with perfect and excellent location very close to the main attractions in Florence, just what I needed. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered lots of fab food.

In overall, the place is top quality, has excellent staff at check-out. The lobby bar offers relaxing drinks

Overall it was new-fashioned and functional with a view. The location was marvellous for exploring this very nice area, so close to Florence's train station and ponte vecchio and the duomo.

Marvellous and perfect location - adjacent to the center of the " action " in Florence, nearby Montaione, and the city centre.

I booked a standard king guest room with a balcony, a lounge area, and an iron. Modern decor and bed was large. Truly enjoyed the location near a tram station. Plus, main attraction such as a cathedral-flanked square was 2 km from this hotel. The stay was ENJOYABLE; nothing to complain about.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to a tram station, the Duomo or Ponte Vecchio and the outskirts of the tourist area replete with ' local color '. Bed was very very big, room was brand-new and functional.

Came here for 6 nights with my dog, had a good stay. The staff were very pleasant and affable, had a great attitude. The location was peaceful and particularly good, just next door to centre of Florence as well as the T1. Enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is stylish and clean, has particularly good location close to the station. I had new-fashioned standard king guest room with views of the Duomo from the terrace, king bed, the terrace.

Worth its 4 stars. It's welcome base for visiting some must see attractions in Florence. We appreciated our good sized room.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like machu picchu ristorante that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Really close to a train station in Florence. Actually, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition:)))

Mania carioca bistrot is just walking distance from the hotel. 4-star property in Florence...
