We had a nice big bedroom.

Check in was fast, hotel was gorgeous, locations was ideal in downtown. I stayed in the room that was always cleaned & towels replaced everyday and available with the bedroom and the garden. I got a plentiful breakfast with bacon and homemade granola.

A bit small bathroom, and the breakfast was cold.

The beds were big, I slept well. Its location close to the main train station which is ideal when arriving was good and fantastic.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is ROMANTIC and fairly clean, has unbeatable location within walking distance of everything.

Good location close to the train station as well as within walking distance of many of the interesting sights was a plus. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in. The breakfast was large and free and well presented with great coffee and scrambled eggs and served hot drinks.

The breakfast is good hot and extensive, and the location is peaceful next to both the Accademia and Uffizi museums, city highlights and other convenience stores. It has amazingly friendly and affable staff.

The restaurant was nice for lunch, I tried excellent dishes. Its location not far from a main shopping street and shopping streets was magnificent. It was set not far from a basilica and a cathedral.

The hotel was what I truly enjoyed during the trip. The venue was clean and romantic, had cute views of a garden below. Everything was perfect, new-fashioned and romantic room. The beds were spacious and I had a kettle and Netflix. Really great service, as the staff were really good and incredible. The location was good and fab close enough to the centre to be easy to get to. Florence Historic Centre district was definitely worth visiting.

The beds were very clean and the whole room was beautifully presented and brand-new. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was very good.

Having a kettle and Netflix in our extremely pleasant and well laid out room. Wonderful and fantastic location close to a train station for easy access to city. Positioned in the cute area.

The location was magnificent and easy, adjacent to the highlights on most people's must, the Historical centre of Firenze and Firenze for a holiday to stay there too. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Il Cantone del Guelfo to relax and grab some food.

This hotel was refined in every respect, had truly wonderful staff from the reception desk to the waiters. The breakfast had lots of options, including cakes, yoghourt, fruit, and eggs.

Ideal location short walk to the museums, art galleries and historical buildings, all the famous shops and historical sites, and all attractions-from David to Duomo to the river, it's very central. Great nearby places include Enoteca Sei Divino Fortezza, we usually had drinks there.

Fast check in and late check out. Fast internet, parking onsite. Magnificent, comfortable location in the shopping area. Again, not far from a 15th-century Renaissance mansion.

The breakfast was generous with 4 juices, served hot drinks, ham, worth the price. The room was very nicely furnished for instant coffee, we stayed here for 3 nights. The location was convenient and easy, next to a train station, greatly enjoyed it.

The room was extremely pleasant and well-organised and had cute views of a garden below. That hotel was in a good and amazing location, close to all the major sites of Florence. It was also right by all the major attractions like Chapel Medici, Duomo, Accademia, Ponte Vechio, Basillica Santa Croce, and town centre.

The staff were absolutely friendly and amicable the whole time of my stay. I was upgraded to a well furnished room with a balcony. The service was very good, including a fast check-in.

This location was great and decent, close enough to many attractions and restaurants, and the first main square about 5 minutes walk to Santa Maria Novella. The staff was polite, we had a fast check-in. Had new-fashioned soundproof room with very comfy bed.

The location was good and unbeatable for walking around a 15th-century Dominican church. The hotel itself was in a very nice area, short walk to railway station, all attractions from David to Duomo to the river, and the main city centre.

Magnificent location, it was near most major attractions, the main train station and the bus station, and good local restaurants. The room was well-maintained and extremely pleasant with a good sized bathroom, stayed here for 3 nights.

They gave us wheelchair accessible room with air conditioning and a warm comfortable feel and that was essential. We were in a marvellous and convenient location relatively near a medieval cathedral.

Everything was excellent, however we stayed for 5 nights only. The polite staff from the reception desk to the waiters provided all the necessary info.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, Piazza San Marco was at a walking distance from the hotel. I booked elegant and immaculate room with a nice view and an iron plus a comfy bed. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Florence;)))

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a spandrel arch bridge was awesome and handy. The stuff was exceptional and polite, everything was excellant.

We loved our stay. 10 mins walk to the center. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

We liked the entire hotel, including staff and location. The venue is just a walk down to a train station...

We could see boboli garden from our window. Excellent location, normal prices. The hotel was next to a train station. We loved staying at adler cavalieri: )
