Overall it was spotlessly clean and huge, with a functional bathroom.

Everything was great, appreciated our excellent stay. Our room was extremely spacious with the bedroom, a balcony plus dinning table and met the criteria.

Couldn’t fault!

The location was best possible, close to everything, and the bed comfy. Further, it was really close to the train station and city centre and all the beautiful Firenze attractions. Our standard double room was budget and good sized. A mini fridge and a sofa in the room were useful.

Greatly enjoyed the a decent size and budget king room with breakfast and the way it was setup. Had magnificent location close to the railway station, near Western Approaches Museum.

The room was reasonably spacious and bright, without a doubt, had an electric kettle and a fridge. We got a Jacuzzi too.

huge, new-fashioned units provided with a lovely balcony, fridge, for example. amazingly nice staff and magnificent location close to basilica santa maria novella, the railway station, and the airport. a great selection of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The property was spotless, featured nice design, I enjoyed it. The stuff was very amiable, attentive with every request. My room was nicely furnished and brand-new and had a small mini fridge and a couch. The location was best possible close to train station which is less than 8 minutes walk and met expectation.

A decent size and nicely furnished rooms with breakfast supplied everyday and excellent service. A work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and multi-channel TV were nice. Simply perfect and comfortable location very close to Museo Marino Marini. Close to the central station, very handy.

Beds were uncomfortable.

I stayed here before, always brand-new and modern rooms with breakfast. Coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators where nice. This hotel was located in a central area just off all the main attractions, train station and leather market and very convenient transport😀

The location was fantastic to both airport. Besides, we were not far from super market, and train station which is less than 8 minutes walk.

Came here for 4 nights with my partner, had a lovely stay. The room I where offered an upgrade to was decent size and included a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a multi-channel TV. Inner courtyard view was particularly nice! There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was marvellous. The location was excellant, around 10-15 minutes walk from a medieval cathedral. The hotel was in a downtown area, just off train station, central market and all the main attractions in the center, which are walking distance.

It had good and incredible location with access to Fratelli Alinari nearby.

The location was SIMPLY PERFECT, at a short distance from a medieval cathedral. Moreover, it was very close to train station which is less than 8 minutes walk, Florence for 3 nights, and chinese restaurant. We had standard double room with a balcony. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators upon arrival.

What an excellent stay, no complaint. Budget & quiet room with a balcony, the bedroom, for example. Family atmosphere and nice decor. Great and fantastic location adjacent to train station and sights, Florence after a train strike and all the main attractions in the center, which are walking distance, early check-in. Also, to the center of the city from the airport.

Stayed for 5 nights in this wonderful place, loved that. The views of courtyard were nice and the staff members were especially helpful.

We lovely spend 4 nights in Florence. The staff was really friendly and around most of the time. The hotel had an incredible location near Fratelli Alinari. It also was easy to get to all the tourists' attractions. This place was perfect for what we needed, would be happy to recommend.

Double room with a balcony. Best possible location not too far away from a medieval stone bridge. Close to the central station, easy to get around.

Location: the hotel was next to all markets and museums and all the beautiful Firenze attractions. I had some drinks at Bar Toniutti Claudio, positioned 100 metres away...

Very nice overall experience. Quiet little and surprising place with welcoming hotel staff. A lot of goodies for breakfast.
