Everything was perfect, excellent staff, decent location close enough to most attractions, quiet neighbourhood Close to the neighbourhood, sights and restaurants in the city, and Florence. A wide array of appetising food for meals. Private parking nearby provided. A great way to end my trip...

Beautifully appointed place, great for trip. The amiable and awesome staff and their attitude. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and decent location just a pleasant stroll away from a Renaissance palace. Lovely overall experience.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very nice area, very close to the train, bus and train station, main attractions at the heart of the city and many restaurants. We liked the king room which was tastefully decorated with all toiletries. The staff was helpful and affable, and requests were handled quickly. The location was comfortable and decent and the room was fairly clean. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.
