The staff was extremely friendly and always on disposal. We got a room with a bath. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was QUIET overall.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval cathedral was marvellous and stunning. The staff was very nice, everything was good.

Enjoyed the place, had an excellent stay for the flying visit. The location was good and amazing, at a moderate distance from a 15th - century Dominican church. It also was in the center of Florence.

The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, at a walking distance from a l-shaped square. The room was neat and brand-new, offered useful things, such as coffee/tea makers and fridges. The staff was all amiable.

The room was brand-new and beautiful, with with sunlight, private bathroom, as example. A shower, a hair dryer and a bidet where a plus. Location: the hotel was short walk to the duomo, museums, markets, and restaurants, Florens and everything-the duomo, museums, markets, and restaurants;))
