The room they gave us was brand-new and top-notch with kids with own TV, very comfortable beds plus big bathroom.

The restaurant was particularly good with great breakfast and art decor atmophere, we ordered wonderful dishes. Particularly good and excellent position was an added bonus. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

The breakfast was tasty and extraordinary with cheeses. The rooms of the hotel were retro and airy with tea. The location was marvellous and brilliant for exploring this ideal area, not far from Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella.

Booked a room with large jacuzzi. I had a lounge, a storage, and a balcony. The service was excellent, the food was incredible.

I greatly enjoyed central location adjacent to Santa Maria Novella train station and Santa Maria Novella square, buses, taxis, trains and the tram, and the Ponte Vecchio. My room was brand-new and top-notch with a jacuzzi tub. Had a very very good stay out of town, would stay here again.

Great prices, everything met needs well. The breakfast was tasty and extraordinary, the hotel was delightful and fairly clean. There were a terrace, a lounge, and free wireless internet access in my guest room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept like a baby. Honest staff at the reception desk and nothing was trouble for them.

The total stay was really really nice out of town. The hotel's location was good and excellent, close to reasonably priced restaurants with a shopping area and a market within walking distance.
