The venue is placed in a central position to “ everything ”.

Really enjoyed it from the moment we entered, recommend this place. The accommodation was charming with really kind and courteous staff. We had a comfortable bedroom. Everywhere there was clean.

Good sized rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. Exceptionally comfortable bed, free breakfast with croissants and slices of fresh bread.

We where offered a gorgeous and very very good breakfast with fresh yogurt and juice.

We expected there would be view, but didn't find it.

The view was fantastic, the service was very good. The hotel had a central position just next door to the railway station and also the first stop for the hop on hop off bus, the main tourist centre and trainstation and attractions. Btw, it was at a short distance from Westminster Cathedral. The breakfast was freshly cooked and savoury, they offered croissants and bread.

The staff were eager to help and the service was terrific. The food was great, especially croissants and slices of fresh bread for breakfast.

The place was absolutely great, it worked for me. Its service was exceptional.

Overall fab stay for four nights. Yummy food for outstanding and particularly nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Very central location - minutes from a gallery and a fortress. Plus, walking distance to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The location is decent, and the staff is very professional.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner. The breakfast had a great selection of options and included croissants and slices of fresh bread. The location was great and lovely, close to Palazzo Degli Affari. And walk from restaurants and wineries, it was a bonus.

Hot drinks and croissants and fresh bread. The staff - amazingly helpful and attentive. Comfortable and handy location with incredible restaurant nearby. Great trip in this central area.

The hotel had gorgeous breakfasts with croissants and bread. The location was great and stunning, just a short stroll away from a prominent art museum. Besides, we were really close to Florence in oct 2018 and Firenze.

Thoroughly enjoyed my very nice stay for four nights. The location in a really quiet area was good and there were a shopping area and a central market nearby. I checked out a spandrel segmental arch bridge, that was set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

The location is good, just a pleasant stroll away from a medieval cathedral. It's located minutes from the train station. The staff are all excellent friendly and can show you hotel's nice in-house restaurant.

Totally fabulous stay in 4 nights. The venue is reasonably large and clean with a reasonable value and brilliant staff. Lots of scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants and fresh bread at breakfast. Charming and brilliant location in a lovely area minutes from a gallery and a fortress. Situated only 1 km from a distinguished monument.

We were in a comfortable and handy location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a 15th-century Dominican church. What's more, it was near to the market, the Santa Maria Novella railway station and city center, and the attractions and hop on/hop off bus.

All in all - had an excellent 4 night stay. It was amazing, good and with balcony. The food was YUMMY, the staff were eager to help. The location was very central, right by St Marks square, and there were a gallery and a fortress minutes from the venue. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

You can have croissants and fresh bread with your breakfast if you want to. The venue has great and beautiful location next to Santa Maria Novella station.

Spend our time here nicely. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. The decor was comfortable. We enjoyed it.
