Well-kept room with a large double bed, a very nice bathroom, for instance, very amiable staff. Gorgeous and efficient breakfast for the start of the day with meats and home made croissants, as for instance. Very nice boutique building, quiet and decent location short walk to tram / taxi, the historical centre, and the main areas.

Overall had pleasant stay with its charming character.

Coffee and eggs for breakfast were much appreciated. The venue was set in the very central position next to nice restaraunts as well as the main attractions.

Had fabulous stay overall, fabulous place and the weather was lovely. Kind and great staff, couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was gorgeous, sensational with fresh cut fruits and cappuccino. The location was very central, easy to the central area of Firenze. We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the place...

The property was beautiful and fabulous with kind staff. The room was huge and absolutely spotless with a tasteful interior. The bed was lovely, I slept like a baby. Had a fantastic stay here.

The shower pressure wasn't great and it was inconvenient.

The hotel's staff were so very helpful all the time. It was a quiet central and upscale location close to sites of Florence.

Particularly good location not far from the center of town, sites of Florence, and the main attractions, could not be better.

My stay was very pleasant with excellent services. The breakfast was gorgeous for what was on offer with fresh cakes, ham plus meats.

All in all particularly good setting just off excellent restaurants and a beautiful piazza with lots of dogs and all attractions and nice staff. Private parking in the garage provided.

Fashionable and compact units available with antique charm, good WiFi connection, airco. Incredible location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a neo-gothic Franciscan church.

It had very central location close to Piazza Sant'ambrogio.

Overall it was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with a wide bathroom.

The breakfast was sensational, the staff was personable, the grounds were clean. The food was brilliant with a huge variety of alternatives. This location was great and stunning, right by restaurants and tours, tram / taxi and the center. It also was nice to be away from the crowds closer to the tourist centre.

The provided service was exceptional. Neat and compact units with good WiFi connection as well as a very nice bathroom, and the staff were attentive.

it was an excellent stay with excellent services. the location was magnificent for walking around an art-filled church. this hotel was located in a very quiet area.

I got bright and immaculate room, it was included with a large double bed as well as a balcony. The location was unbeatable and prime, not too far from Rooms.
