The place was clean and staff was polite and courteous. The room I booked was big size and modest with a single bed, shared bathroom, for example. Great service offered in this hotel. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. My stay was really lovely here.

The room was clean and absolutely fantastic with clean private bathroom, we were happy about that. The breakfast was good and frequently replenished. This fantastic and nice hotel had a very central setting in the center of Florence.

The room is spotless, comes with a bath/shower. The breakfast offers a huge variety of coffee, croissants, breads, and jam.

My suite was fantastic and modest. Good beds, central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a writing desk were a nice touch.

It had a marvellous location really close to the train station and city centre, the historical sights and shopping, and the cathedral and the train station.

Overall had very good stay for one night visit. The hotel had an amazing location very close to Merchant Square. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were super-friendly. I loved that it is set close to a train station.

Amazing, good location to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Modest guest room with many amenities, shared bathroom, as example. Great service at all times.

The morning meal was satisfactory with a croissant, juice plus rolls. The venue was set in the very central position near to the historical sights and shopping and markets...

Perfect hotel located in a calm area just off most of the other sites to see in Florence as well as the center of the town. Delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Incredible location, a short way from everywhere.

Beds were not very comfortable.

It was in a marvellous location with an indoor market hall nearby. The staff was good, kind.

Sadly, but there was mould in some areas.

The room was modest and spacious, had shared bathroom. A pretty good coffee and a safe box were a nice touch.

The food was affordable, with a good choice of options. The location was amazing and incredible - ease of access to Medici Chapel. Besides, we were so close to the old town and easy access to the train station, great restaurants and bars and Florence, affordable and good location.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Good stay, gorgeous place. Very central location, just a short stroll away from an unusual and inspirational church. Cheap room with our own wc & shower, welcoming staff. A wide range of food at breakfast like coffee, croissants, breads and jam.

The breakfast food was affordable, different choices to eat like coffee, croissants, fresh bread, and jam. Overall it was perfectly clean with our own wc & shower.

If your plans include summer holidays, I recommend this place. The location is great, 1 km from a medieval cathedral. Make sure to get guest room with the shower, a single bed, as for instance.

We stayed in the single room, it was individual and the bed was comfortable. Everything seemed nice, clean. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the city center, Florence, affordable and good location, and the train station.

I've had a such great stay specially at night. Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was satisfactory. Its location within walking distance of a medieval cathedral was marvellous. I really enjoyed that the property was next to a railway station. You could leave a car nearby.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - within walking distance of a science museum. Everyone who worked there was welcoming.

Brilliant location to a fortress palace. Found the train station minutes from the building. A cheap and cool room provided with clean private bathroom, a bath/shower and a single bed. Terrific service, welcoming and pleasant staff. Hot drinks and bread, croissants and jam;)))
