Hotel Alessandra

The hotel was absolutely charming and beautiful with extremely great people at the reception desk. At the restaurant, the breakfast was exceptionally good with a view of the river.

Had more than adequate and varied breakfasts with a view of the river. The room was very nicely furnished with a great view, a large bathroom, as example, at least for me.

Had thoroughly enjoyable stay for 2 nights and the weather was pleasant. The location was central, adjacent to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio as well as a pedestrian zone. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in.

The suite was air-conditioned and perfect for what we needed.

More than adequate and rich breakfast, including boiled eggs, toast, cereal, pastries, and yoghourt. Beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms with a view of the duomo with pleasant views. Unique design, very good service in the entire hotel.

This terrific, clean property has enjoyable continental breakfasts and amazingly great staff. Exceptional service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi. Pool area is excellent, thoroughly enjoyed this place. The hotel restaurant is affordable.

Nicely decorated perfectly clean property, it has top-class and patient staff at the reception desk. The authentic restaurant is really nice and having boiled eggs, toast, cereals, pastries, and yoghourt for breakfast is a bonus. Its location is perfect and comfortable, close to nightclubs and restaurants.

Loved that the hotel was exceptional and had especially helpful and patient stuff at the reception desk. Its tranquil, central location was a plus. We ate in the really nice restaurant with good food which was reasonably priced.

Had a really really nice stay with my 4 children, we spent 2 nights here, everything was modern. The breakfast was rich with fantastic food - hardboiled eggs, toast, cereals, pastries, and yoghourt.

Accommodation was reasonably large and nicely decorated with top-class and patient staff at the reception desk. The restaurant was very nice for a reasonable price here, I had fine dishes. The location was perfect and comfortable, close to nightclubs and restaurants. You could walk to shopping streets and a market.

Clean property with unique design, and more than adequate continental breakfast. Big beds, well laid out and excellent quality room. Marvellous location and cooperative employees at the reception desk.

The weather was wonderful, had fantastic stay of two nights. Had very central location in the historic centre of the city.

The room was air-conditioned and brand-new, plus the bed was comfortable. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was good. We were offered a very good service. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The venue was in a central location really close to a clock tower, and the historical center of the city.

Everything was very comfortable, the parking was onsite, the room was a nice size and well-equipped. I was here for 3 nights and ate at authentic restaurant with good food. Boiled eggs, toast, cereal, pastries, and yoghourt for breakfast were all local.

The hotel is terrific, has amazingly great staff and lovely city views. The location is marvellous and incredible, in the center of everything. Also, it is near wonderful restaurants like Trattoria La Casalinga, and most major attractions, markets, shops and restaurants.

The setting was quite great within easy reach of a prominent art museum. Good services were available.

The location was marvellous - ease of access to a large Gothic palace. The restaurant here was good with good food, we both ordered fresh dishes.

I was offered a room with pleasant views of city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and brand-new and the service very good. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent for Florence, very close to the riverside near Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi, many good restaurants to meet for lunch or coffee and the Palazzo Vecchio. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby.

Facilities were fantastic, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Early check-in, incredible and wonderful location close enough to all attractions, sites to visit, and the Ponte Vecchio which is a great location.

A really lovely stay on a business trip. Fantastic and wonderful location very close to all major attractions, easy to get anywhere. And very close to the Historic Center of Florence, the pedestrian zone and all the museums and churches were within walking distance.

It was in a convenient and handy location with a spandrel arch bridge nearby. Everything was very comfortable, nonetheless a few employees were very unhelpful.

The location was really ideal and easy, for example, a prominent art museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. My breakfast was more than adequate with yogurt and great pastries, for example. The staff helped with check in.

Generally, really enjoyed this lovely welcoming and pretty standard accommodation with excellent co-operating staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and fab - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. An authentic restaurant was very nice with good food🙂

The hotel had a central location in the heart of things. We had a more than adequate breakfast with espresso, meat and pastries included. Spent here 3 fantastic days and would definitely go again.

The breakfast is varied and sumptuous with cheese and great pastries and meat, there’s an option for each taste. The location is incredible and wonderful, just off Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio and the Arno River as well as the major attractions. And it's by Arno.

Perfect and comfortable location for our visit to an art museum within a close distance from the hotel. Tastefully decorated room, comfortable bed, varied breakfast!

Not particularly helpful staff!

Particularly good breakfast with scrambled eggs and cheese, for instance, worth to decide on it. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a l-shaped square. Also, to wonderful restaurants.

Spotlessly clean and sophisticated place and the breakfast was more than adequate. Boiled eggs, toast, cereal, pastries and yoghourt were outstanding as well as the drinks. It had central location close to a Gothic church.

everything is clean and great. rooms are elegant and immaculate with shower etc, internet access plus all amenities, food is incredible. the location is incredible, 1 km from a spandrel arch bridge.

All in all ideal and comfortable setting very close to a good restaurant and the Ufficio museum. Brand-new and reasonably priced rooms with common bathrooms.

The room was neat and air-conditioned, and I slept very well. All food at the continental breakfast was fab. The hotel was placed in the central location to historic sites.

The location was fab, within walking distance of a fortress palace. Pastries, cereals, hardboiled eggs and toast provided for breakfast was fabulous. The service was absolutely very good.

Came in Florence to relax and have fun, this great budget hotel was excellent home base for doing it. The room was tasteful with a lovely view as well as a bath, had a good night's sleep.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

The location was AMAZING and the staff was accommodating. We liked having a terrace.
