Terrific services were available. Very very good breakfast with multiple options to choose from, thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel's location was handy, so close to public transport, be downtown in the thick of old FLorence in about 10mins, and Santa Maria.

Staff were particularly helpful, and facilities were clean here. A single room with a stunningly beautiful view on the mountains, I had requested this in advance.

The restaurant was great for dinner here, I had fresh dishes. There was very comfy bed, central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was marvellous and handy and I could use private parking on site.

Honestly no reason to complain. Possibly the best and really good stay on a road trip. Nicely furnished units with a larger bathroom and a large bed, attentive employees. Lots of good options for meal.

The single room is brand-new and has air conditioner, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location is convenient, and here's the cherry on top - walk from a tram station.

Real good stay, as always. Bright accommodation, the breakfast was very good, handy location to transport into the city. Lovely design of interiors in standard triple room. Location short walk to tram which is a 15 minute ride into Flirence centre, tourist sights and which tram goes directly to the city center. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Cappella Brancacci😃

thank you for a really good stay. the breakfast variety is very very good with beverages and excellent music and multiple options to choose from, great service. the rooms here are new-fashioned and incredible with comfortable beds and pillows. the atmosphere of the hotel is unique.
Their breakfast is poor, can definitely be improved.

The hotel was located close to touristic places such as palazzo pitti. Extremely comfortable bed.
