Everything was fine, very amiable staff, handy location close to tourist attractions, center, and all the museums. I booked guest room, it was new-fashioned and complete with AC, balcony, for example. The cost was £ 50.

Booked it for our trip and had a great stay here. We liked the property because it was a short walk to the train station.

It was very pleasant 2 days, would stay here again. It was fairly clean, staff was very amiable. They recommended a great restaurant for breakfast or late meals.

It is a cool property located in Florence Historic Centre district just off centre and Firenze. It has excellent and fantastic location close to Florence's major train station. 100 metres are distance to a restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed cheap and big room with a bathroom, felt like we were home. The train station was set metres from the hotel. The stay was perfectly pleasant, do recommend.

Cheap and big rooms with hair dryer and balcony & shower, efficient staff. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Great location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an unusual and inspirational church.

Central location was a plus. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring. Overall it was reasonably spacious with shower. Liked nice decor.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, with a bus stop close to the hotel. The staff were best. We had a bright king room facing garden.

We have stayed here for 1 night and had a FINE experience. The staff members were all helpful and pretty friendly. Handy and comfortable location, it was close to a bus station. Appreciated our stay in this place.

I ate at a cheap restaurant for breakfast or late meals. The jewel in the crown was especially helpful staff. The hotel had a central location, minute walk from a cathedral and a palace.

Comfortable accommodation with handy setting not far from bars, cafes, a corner shop and restaurants as well as Santa Maria train station. Very amiable, best staff towards all guests.

We had the twin room provided with AC as well as great space. The location of the hotel was particularly good - within walking distance of Statues of David.
