Pleasant, good budget property. Extremely helpful and amiable staff at all times. Good-sized and functional hotel unit for the air conditioning to be turned on. Excellent location not far from the train station and the market as well as the center of town.

We enjoyed staying here and will be back. The hotel was fairly clean and wonderful, had good wi-fi. The location was incredible and the staff was very kind and nice during the whole stay! There was a great restaurant, a shopping area and a market next door. The rooms were reasonably spacious and cheap and had hypoallergenic pillows. Excellent views, the breakfast was incredible with croissant and juice.

Overall had very very good stay on a business trip to Italy. Best and cooperative staff recommended us restaurants and great restaurants. Quadruple room with a balcony, shower, for instance was ready when we arrived. Perfect location, a train station was close to the hotel.

The location was great and fantastic, around 4-6 minutes' walk from old town. We had lunch in Il Cantone del Guelfo, located nearby.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location around 10-15 minutes walk from a 15th-century palace. Found in a very interesting part of the town. Plenty of restaurants and great restaurants in the area.

We had a real good time in this great budget hotel in Florence. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and delicious with juice, cappuccinos plus croissant, and the restaurant's offer was tasty. The staff were pretty friendly and attentive at all times. It had a family atmosphere and provided great service.

All the stuff was affable and really helpful, resolved my issues. The room was cheap and spotless, and with a fantastic view of Medici Chapels and Florence hills. The beds were large, everything was excellant.

Thoroughly enjoyed Florence, the hotel was unforgettable on good nearby restaurants. The staff were perfect, kind and helped me with private parking. Its location was central, right by Palazzo Degli Affari.

It was a minute walk from Church of Santa Maria Novella, enjoyed its location close to the centre.

The breakfast was delicious and wonderful and well presented with cappuccinos and fruit, for example.

Absolutely perfect location near district 1 and with restaurants and great restaurants around the corner. Again, not far from an indoor market hall.

The service is outstanding, includes private parking. Make sure you stay in the family room with a great AC, a great view, as for instance. I enjoyed pretty friendly and attentive personnel that ensures guests have a very good stay.

The room was twin and good sized and functional with balcony when I arrived. The morning breakfast was free and delicious with juices, yogurts, croissant. The staff was extremely helpful and affable, and the restaurant was FANTASTIC.

Fairly clean, small hotel with great and fantastic location close to tourist spots. Easy check-in, exceptional employees. Gorgeous breakfast, variety of meals. Location close enough to the SMN train station as well as the Via Faenza.

The service here was outstanding. We stayed in the family room, it was cheap and the bed was good. The breakfast with juice was wonderful and the people where amicable and attentive there.

The location was great in a market area, very close to restaurants which were very good value and the train station. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in. Stayed in suite with recently renovated bathrooms which was perfect for me.

Magnificent place overall, it is clean, location is great and brilliant to the tourist spots. Make sure you stay in the twin room with the view of the roof top. The stuff are lovely and great, managed the parking nearby. This hotel offers a lovely breakfast. Exceptional service and the food is delicious. In fact, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Would recommend to others to stay here👌
