The venue was clean and spacious. They offered me cereal and eggs in the morning. The hotel room was airy, cheap. All of the staff were efficient, best. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away.

Very pleasant staff, offered us concierge service and ironing. Enjoyed the Italian-style building and our extremely spacious and luxurious room. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & a spotlessly clean bathroom. The service was good.

Very good service and a decent size rooms with the largest terrace.

A lot of food at breakfast, such as cereal and eggs. Marvellous setting in the touristic area, close enough to Palazzo Pitti, the Pitti Palace, The Ponte Vecchio and to the centre of Florence, and the delightful Boboli gardens.

The bedroom was decent size and airy.

Property was unique, with attentive staff and amazing location on a Grand Tour stop in Florence. Wonderful breakfast and plenty of goodies.

The double room was equipped with basic facilities, including a terrace, a sofa set, and a balcony. We enjoyed very good service offered. Not to mention public parking that was awesome.

It took only 5 minutes to walk to Moorfields Station Ra bus stop. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, the breakfast was satisfactory with cereal and eggs.

In our junior suite there was a fantastic view of garden. The hotel was in the very central setting to the amazing attractions of Florence. Enjoyed the stay, it was really good on our next Florence vacation.

They offered us cheap and airy rooms with the garden, fridge, the photos on the hotel's homepage. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent and gave us good recommendations. The venue was in a very central location near the cathedral in the centre as well as the train station and the Campo del Duomo.

We couldn't find elevator.

Fairly clean venue with enjoyable breakfasts and garden views. Perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Set in a nice quiet area not far from Accademia, the historic centre and good local restaurants. Helpful and attentive staff onsite. Cereals and eggs served for breakfast.

Perfect very central location, so close to the tourist-overrun centre, Boboli garden, Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio.

I had cereals and eggs in the morning. Thoroughly enjoyed the double room I had with the garden, the terrace, as for instance. The location was marvellous and lovely, at a medium distance from a Renaissance palace.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 4 nights, nevertheless everything was magical. The provided breakfast was enjoyable with coffee drinks, juice, cakes. The location was very central and walk from a palace and a cathedral. Local fast food option Mame was 10 minutes walk away. It was a perfectly good and very historic hotel, nothing to complain about, recommend.

The unit we got was decent sized and cheap with the garden, a lovely terrace, couch.

The room we booked was airy and great-sized with comfortable bed. The location was quiet and top, for example, a spandrel arch bridge was not very far from the hotel. Distance to the airport was just 10 km.

Everything was magical here. The room was cheap & huge with a balcony overlooking the annalena garden. The breakfast had plenty of food, like cereals and eggs. We stayed here for 4 nights, it was perfect for what we needed.

We loved this place. The breakfast was exceptionally nice and the place was fairly clean. The room was reasonably large with private bathroom and the view was wonderful. The location was good and magnificent for walking around statue-filled Renaissance gardens.

The location was excellent and marvellous, really close to the train station which was duable. I had coffee at Jessy's Bar, located within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was satisfactory with lots of goodies.

Cereals and eggs served in the morning. Cheap, absolutely perfect rooms provided with the garden, shower plus a nice balcony. A quiet area, marvellous location just next door to the centre of Florence. Again, not far from a real open-air museum.

The hotel is romantic, excellent value with incredible garden views. They offer nicely furnished and brand-new rooms. The beds are comfortable and the staff is professional and customer-facing. Thank you for a very peaceful stay.

It was a really really nice stay for a vacation. The staff were best all the time of my stay. There was lots of food for breakfast, including eggs and cereal. The location was incredible; walk from a palace and a gallery.

Here we stayed close to pitti palace. We greatly enjoyed the food and rooms.

staff was helpful. many places like restaurants and cafes were within walking distance of the hotel.
