The breakfasts were more than adequate and lovely with fruit and rolls and cheese and all the staff was very amiable.

The room was comfortably furnished and airy with a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the en suite bathroom. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Everything was nice during 3 days, enjoyed its magnificent location near close to many and Ponte Vecchio or Santa Croce. Everyone working at this charming little hotel was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and good-sized and airy when I arrived. The pool was clean and I had non-alcoholic drinks in the Irish bar. Besides, I parked nearby.

Overall it was a relaxing stay in September. The hotel was fairly clean with knowledgeable and best staff.

Everything is perfect here, had a very pleasant stay for four nights. It has stunning, fantastic setting, close enough to the main tourist attractions, the Museo del Bargello, Farmacia di Santa Maria Novella and Museo dell'Opera dell Duomo, Piazzale Michelangelo and the major sites.

Clean romantic accommodation with perfect location close to the city centre and really helpful staff.

It was a romantic hotel with fast internet. The accommodation had a central location in the centre of Florence. Here I spent 4 nights and loved being in this place.

It had a wide range of meals for breakfast, including cereal and yoghourt. I had the executive king room which was great-sized with a personal touch. This hotel was located in a central area next to the Accademia as well as the major attractions in Florence.

Overall it was modest and spotless with balcony.

The area was undesirable.

I enjoyed my well furnished room with a private bath, the bathroom and balcony. The breakfast had variety of options: cereal and yoghourt. The setting was quiet and perfect, just next door to Florence for a 40th birthday treat, and other sites in Florence.

thank you for a very nice stay. it is charming small place to stay in florence, in my opinion. the room is fancy and unique with aircon, everything is perfect. the breakfast is more than adequate, i liked cereals and yoghourt. excellent service and the food is outstanding. the pool area is clean.

The location minute walk from a train station was exceptionally nice. There was a really nice restaurant, a central market and boutiques next door...

The staff are super and outstanding, they keep the place clean. The units are individual, lovely with aircon.

The location was great and stunning for exploring this relatively quiet area, near other areas besides the main tourist attractions as well as the Santa Maria Novella church. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the hotel😀

Great and beautiful location around 10-15 minutes walk from a medieval stone bridge. And right by moderateley priced restaurants and the train station. So many choices for breakfast: coffee, tea, fruit juices, biscuits, and pastries.

The weather was glorious, had real good stay for four nights. The staff were knowledgeable and best, had a great attitude. Truly enjoyed our comfortably furnished room with a balcony and the classic-style building. Everything was simply nice.
