The place is fantastic and immaculately clean, everything is first-class, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The location is amazing and incredible, 2 km from Oltrarno. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from downtown.

Met very gracious staff who keenly supported our every request, the classic queen room had all necessary amenities. It was huge and had an exceptional view at sunset. The atmosphere created was elegant.

The location fantastic and amazing near to the best stores in Firenze. Based right by beautiful Florence, the shops and points of interest and the most luxury shopping street. We greatly enjoyed the staff, they helped us with dinner reservations. The restaurant here was elegant for buffet breakfast or drinks, we both ordered tasty dishes.

The location couldn't be more stunning and phenomenal in the square. Moreover, it's close to the S Trinta bridge over the Arno River in Florence, and all the tourist attractions.

Helpfulness from the whole staff. New-fashioned, exquisite rooms. Generally impeccable service with parking nearby.

An easy walk to bistro del mare, where you can have lunch. Hotel has an AMAZING location. The property is in the shopping district. Room had its own sunny patio.
