Beautiful and fairly clean place, amicable staff. Neat and unique units with the WiFi was basicaly non existent, a great view plus large TV. A wide range of great food at breakfast time. Stunning location in the secure area, near an old palace. Besides, very convenient to an innovative gallery.

The room was big and had a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. Private bathroom was clean. The location was very central, exceptional near everything.

Fairly clean and luxurious place. Location right by center of city, most main attractions and the centre of Florence.

We stayed in the suite equipped with the bathroom and the WiFi plus the bedroom. Had stunning location then in Florence everything is central, very close to a cathedral and a palace.

It has impressive and quiet rooms to offer with the bathroom, the WiFi was basicaly non existent, for instance. The location is great and brilliant, the check in is early. Would stay again in this great area.

I booked suite with a great view, large TV, for instance which turned out to be an airy room. The hotel had a good and fantastic location minutes away from The Rolling Bridge.

The location was amazing, short walk to the Duomo and many restaurants around, the restaurant and Piazza della Repubblica, and the private parking was an excellent bonus.

The hotel is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL with nice staff and city views. The building is amazing and the rooms are perfect.

The place was beautiful. It was in a marvellous location with absolutely lovely staff. A few times I ate at Giubbe Rosse, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The venue was clean and spacious. A great selection of fab options for meal. Stunning and good spot close enough to the alleyway, all the sights, restaurants and shops and the center of building. Situated only 1 km from an art museum.

My room was good-sized and fashionable where the wifi was basicaly non existent, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Hotel's location was magnificent, to the airport Walking distance to all the main tourist attractions.

Overall it was a nice size where the wifi was basicaly non existent. The staff were especially helpful and best, everything was fine. The location was best possible and peaceful in the long stream of Italian I received and met needs.

The accommodation had a very central location in the heart of the city.

Big units with large TV and a great view plus the bathroom, and the staff were very, very nice. There was a wide array of fabulous meals.

The hotel was clean, the staff was absolutely lovely. We had a kitchen and a safe in the superior king room. It was tidy, the bed - lovely.

We had the double room provided with good furniture, the bedroom and large TV.

The time I spent there was very lovely. This was exactly the standard queen room I wanted in Florence. The location was exceptional, relatively close to a town square. Besides, it was next to the centre of Florence, the Duomo and Florence.

The location was brilliant, for example, an art gallery was within walking distance of the hotel. Restaurants and bars were very close to the place.

The setting was quite unbeatable within easy reach of a prominent art museum. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a great area. Room was tidy and staff amazing.

Everything was perfect at this hotel. Loved staying here, my room was fashionable and airy and had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV set. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows where good. The location was excellent and unbelievable for walking around an art museum.

Everything seemed perfectly fine, clean. Its location within walking distance of a Renaissance palace was peaceful and exceptional...

The place was fairly clean, I booked the standard double room with courtyard views, everything was good. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a bidet.
