Thank you all for a just perfect stay during vacation. The location was top, close to the historic centre! Besides, it was so close to alot eateries, Close to the major train station, and shops, trains and restaurants.

The location was unbeatable and fantastic and the train station was short walk from the hotel. The room was modern and absolutely fantastic with kitchen. The check-in was easy and the atmosphere was family overall. We were there for 1 night, overall had a really nice stay.

Absolutely amazing accommodation with perfect and incredible location close to the historic centre. Neat and soundproof room and fine bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet, and shower caps. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and kind, the bed was extremely comfy.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

I booked brand-new and great-sized room, that was offered with bedroom, kitchen plus a smart TV. The decor here was convenient.

The room was tastefully decorated and modern, had a balcony, a small fridge, and a safe box. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had fabulous views. The hotel was in a perfect location near the supermarket, Close to train station and Florence cathedral and other major attractions. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe. The food was amazing and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu.

The location was marvellous, easy walk to a bus station and easy to find. Moreover, the area was wonderful. The room itself was spacious with bathroom. Coffee/tea makers and glassware were provided.

It was the best of Florence hotels I visited before.

The food was delightful - variety of options. Fantastic room, that also was enjoyable with kitchen.

The room was neat and spotless, included a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a television with satellite channels. The staff were nice people.

I strongly recommend this venue to friends, no complaints. Thanks a lot for the really nice stay during vacation. Wonderful location, the hotel is walk from a main station. It's in a really nice building in the touristic area. The room is soundproof and spotless with a balcony. Everyone is friendly and outstandingly accommodating and owner too🙂

food was delightful and i have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. good value, room was brand-new, staff were excellent. the location was perfect and fantastic - ease of access to medici chapel. you could walk to a market and the main shopping centre. it was in a tourist area, close to the train station.

Had a just perfect stay during vacation, everything was very good. I was satisfied with tastefully decorated rooms complete with a smart TV. I had an electric kettle and glassware. Perfect and top location not far from all the major tourist locations, I felt safe.

Our room with balcony was new-fashioned. There were an iron/ironing board, a work desk and coffee/tea making equipment. Location: the hotel was near to train station and central Florence, and the main attractions and the train station. It also was near the tourist spots...

Spend our time here GREATly.

We would not hesitate to return there as the hotel met standard. Satisfied with the venue, it's the best base for staying in Florence. Personnel recommended us a cafe, we greatly enjoyed that. Sunny balcony was a nice surprise...
