It was fairly clean, the staff was super-friendly, plus the service was friendly! It was based in very cozy building in an unbeatable and stunning location, to center of Firenze.

My favourite property in Florence. Exceptionally comfortable place with really helpful hotel staff. Peaceful, unbeatable location in Florence, very close to several bus stations and clubs or bars.

Unbeatable location and attentive staff were a definite plus.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

We were in a good location right by the train station, Boboli gardens and several buses to choose from. The king room had a safe box, central heating, and an iron, facilities worked for us.

Magnificent location, quite close to Chiesa San Felice a Ema. Also, in the centre or to the train station. A wide array of options for breakfast in the terrace.

The location was stunning and the staff members were superfriendly. Moreover, the area was residential.

Overall I spent my time lovely. The rooms of the hotel were great-sized with good beds. The staff were very very helpful, as for 3-stars venue. Its location close to bus stops was particularly good.

I greatly enjoyed the rich and sensational breakfast served. The location was marvellous and beautiful, right by San Gaggio. The staff were welcoming and really good, it was a bonus.

The breakfast was rich, had a really really nice stay for 3 nights. The location was unbeatable and amazing, very close to the bus stop, it's a plus. Moreover, it's not far from grocery store, the bus stops and several buses to choose from.

The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

The location was quiet and marvellous as for me, so close to shops and restaurants and the centre of Florence down the hill. The breakfast was varied and sensational with a huge variety of goodies. The staff was exceptionally nice, supper friendly.

The unit we got was great value for money with plenty space, a balcony and the fringe. Peaceful and strategic location in the centre or to the train station, all was very comfortable.

It was a charming and exceptionally friendly hotel in a beautiful area, near to the hill, Florence and the center of the city. The location of the property was absolutely perfect and stunning - at a medium distance from Porta Romana.

The breakfast was varied with a perfect view over the city and the food was outstanding. Very helpful staff did a great job.

Quadruple room had all necessary amenities. The staff were constantly helpful. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Tratoria ruggero that was only 15 minutes' walk away...

thanks for a terrific service, recommend. to catch the bus go to gelsomino 05 bus station, located short walk from the hotel. there were tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerator in our room upon arrival.
