The staff was nice, so I definitely coming here again. The quadruple room was new-fashioned, included a balcony and a kettle. Although some of the staff were very unhelpful, I had a really great stay.

It's a charming small hotel for celebrating birthday. Make sure you stay in the guest room with the bathroom, a balcony, 2 twin beds.

The rooms were exceptionally nice with private bathroom, everything was brand-new. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet was a bonus.

Simply no complaints, such great stay. The property was pleasant and nice little with pleasant staff.

Totally very comfortable stay in September. Fairly clean venue and polite employees. Reasonable breakfast to star a day with pastry and various breads, for instance. Great location, calm area. A short way from San Frediano in Cestello Parish. 15 minutes' ride to the airport.

Reasonable breakfast selection for all tastes with canned fruit and yogurt, as for instance.

The rooms were brand-new and neat with private bathrooms. The beds were amazing + the balcony was lovely.

It has great value rooms with single beds, modern bathroom and the bathtub.

Had queen room with cupboards, a mini bar, as for instance. Location close to the David, which is phemonenal, railway station, eateries, money exchange, laundromat, mini markets and all the attractions.

Overall I appreciated that charming small and pleasant hotel. The staff were highly courteous and well-mannered, everything was very comfortable. I booked a brand-new room complete with TV. The breakfast was reasonable and satisfactory - lots of dishes. Staying here for celebrating birthday was fine, totally recommendable.

The total stay was comfortable in September. I had a cheap room, appreciated the comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and accommodating and the location was particularly good. In La Bottega Della Pizza, located nearby I had Chinese meals.

Truly enjoyed it. Had very delightful stay of one night. The staff were lovely and elegant and the location was fab in the centre of Florence. And it was also near the Academia and different attractions.

The hotel had a perfect location to city centre within 15 minutes. I truly enjoyed that they had an American breakfast.

The location was remote, peaceful very close to the train station. Further, it was close enough to the centre and the noise from the bells of the Duomo. Appreciated the king room and the way it was setup.

The room was cheap and extremely spacious with a queen size bed and the staff was pleasant. The amenities included a balcony and a kettle. The location was great and fab, at a short distance from a medieval cathedral. The hotel was walking distance to cafés and eateries.

Had very limited breakfast, it might be much better.

The place was wonderful small and restaurant was really nice. We were met by extremely helpful, very amiable personnel. The location was prime and peaceful, for example, a cathedral-flanked square was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Well, Wi-Fi was horrible.

The room I was given was reasonably spacious with the king size bed and a balcony.

It was clean and the staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable. All in all room was neat and cheap; also provided a bidet. The location was good, right next to Teatro Comunale.

The breakfasts here were reasonable and good with an incredible cappuccino, rolls, yogurt. The room was new-fashioned and neat and the bathroom was modern. The hotel has particularly good and fab location not far from several buses and trams that travel to all of the main attractions, and the main sightseeings. Porta al Prato district was worth visiting.

Our location was peaceful and convenient, close to a train station. Visited few places in the centre, within a close distance from the hotel.

The location was fab, a super close walk to Teatro Comunale. There were eateries and cafés next to the place.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met requirements, 100% recommend it. The room was cheap & spotless with private bathroom and a 3rd single bed plus a balcony.

Cant recommend highly enough this place and will definitely go back there again. And it was walking distance to the train station.

It is a pleasant and exceptionally comfortable property located in Porta al Prato district just off the centre and the noise from the bells of the Duomo, all the museums, Arno river, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Giotto's belltower, restaurants and shopping and a restaurant for Christmas dinner. The location is great and fab, very close to the city center.

Had 3 nights in Florence, spending our time here lovely. The location was great and super, next to eateries and cafés. We also went to city centre, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The hotel was in a prime position right by the beautiful river, tourist attractions and the main sites.

really great stay, we were there for 4 days. the american breakfast was reasonable, perfect to start our day. got guest room when arrived, liked that. the location was prime and fab, just a short walk away from medici chapel.
