The location was very central, convenient close to railway station a city centre.

The bed was very old, unfortunately.

Queen room was brand-new and modern. It had convenient and easy location near to a quiet neighbourhood, restaurants and major sites and sightseeing.

Overall it was large and brand-new, with an external bathroom. Food was amazing, staff was attentive.

Overall I think it was a beautifully decorated and modern hotel, good value.

It was in a nice location, very close to a train station. The hotel was located about 10 minutes walk from centre.

The room I booked was bright and spotless, complete with a great shower, big comfortable bed, a very nice en-suite bathroom.

The bedroom was well-equipped and new-fashioned. There was a nice bathroom with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Ideal location close to everything was a plus.

The weather was wonderful, had such great stay for four nights. The staff was extremely friendly and affable, everything was brand-new. The venue was set in the very central position so close to Duomo on foot. Fortezza da Basso district was worth exploring. I truly enjoyed the stay here and would come here again.

I appreciated staying here and would recomand to anyone. All in all - had a quiet 2 night stay. The airport was 10 km away. I have stayed in the twin room with a balcony and a sofa set. There is a great selection of amazing food for breakfast. The staff is very amiable. The location it offers is comfortable, not far from the train station as well as Ponte Vecchio.

Location: the hotel was next to Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Del Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, railway station a city centre, and the centre of the city.

Liked my such great stay for a business trip. All the employees were attentive and extremely friendly. The location was perfect and ideal for a perfect stay, it was very close to a train station. I visited Enoteca Sei Divino Fortezza very close to the venue for a few drinks...

The food was amazing - lots of options. The location was exceptionally nice, 10 minutes' walk to the centre. Again, it was at a short distance from an art museum.
