Both rooms we booked were elegant and beautifully maintained with the washing machine of the nearby private apartment, air conditioning, for example.

Have spent here 2 nights and our economy queen room was brand-new. Above average breakfast with many options, we greatly enjoyed it.

We were there for 7 days, everything was nice, appreciated its marvellous and fantastic location really close to centre of old city of Florence, the Duomo and San Lorenzo's market and restaurants near by.

The stay was good and I would book here again.

No complaints, it was dope! I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience here, everything was fine, the location was stunning very close to train station, various eateries and attractions, and the major sights. The staff members were all attentive and professional. The vibe here was quiet. Parking was nearby and I paid extra gbp 35 per day to park the car.

The place was clean, I booked the standard room with street views, everything was good. The restaurant was good for lunch and dinner here, I had HOT dishes. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows were exceptionally comfortable. All in all a nice stay, the venue met expectations.
