The room in the tower. The personnel was helpful and affable. The location was magnificent for walking around an indoor market hall.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Our room was romantic and spotless with air conditioning, air con, the most incredible views, just what we needed. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were a huge plus. The service was absolutely perfect.

good value, room was big, staff were affable. the atmosphere created was quiet. the location couldn't be more perfect and good very close to the train station. moreover, it was close to the centre, and the airport. we had a pleasant time.

We loved the hotel, it was lovely and convenient and had UNBEATABLE location just off Florence with recommendations for places to eat and places to go and comfortable. The local staff were fantastically friendly. The daily service was perfect.
