The room was beautifully decorated and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle and a fridge. It was with a bidet.

It was a comfortable base for our perfect stay. All of the staff were helpful, very, very nice. Breads, granola, pastries, and fruit were great.

The location was marvellous and amazing, 10 km to Peretola airport, perfectly reachable. It was located so close to the train station, easy for getting around Florence.

Really enjoyed our time here. The room was stylish and recently refurbished with air conditioning at the centre of florence. There were central heating, an iron, and a work desk, which was great. So close to a train station, the location was fantastic and wonderful, near to restaurants.

Think it's best Florence's place to stay. The room is recently renovated and fashionable and essentials you need, including central heating, an iron and a work desk, is right there. All the staff is really kind and is engaged to make your stay fairly nice. The service is outstanding, includes private parking. Parking is nearby, the fee equals gbp 26 per day. The location is stunning, just a short stroll away from a Renaissance palace.

The room is too dark.

The venue's position was central. We stayed in the double room which was nice styled. The services were outstanding.

Better choose this place to stay when in Florence. Everything is really good, truly enjoyed my time here. The hotel offers a wide range of food that was fabulous. Great location near to the rail station as well as the Santa Maria Νovella church, which means near the tourist office, the busses, train station SMN, taxi station, and walking distance towards all that is important to see in Tuscany capital, it's very central.

The breakfast had something for everyone - fresh bread, granola, pastries, and fruit. The location itself was perfect and excellent, close to a Renaissance palace.

It was pleasant time in Florence. It was a trendy boutique hotel. We were in a magnificent and unbeatable location at a walking distance from a cathedral-flanked square.
