Quick and plentiful breakfast with good quality, thanks a lot.

The venue is original, food is excellent, unbeatable location right down the street from the Accademia. Staff is efficient and extremely hospitable and you can park your car on site. All in all they offer great service. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the Irish bar.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant. Overall it was reasonably spacious, with a marble bathroom.

Everything is great here, had a fantastic stay during the winter time. The units are immaculate, tidy.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was good. The staff were ready to help, the breakfast was good hot. The room was well-kept and great-sized with marble bathroom and the view was lovely. Set close to a train station, it was a plus.

New-fashioned family room, comfy beds. Convenient location not very far from Robert Dundas. Just 15 min walk to downtown.

Staff were helpful and breakfast was warm. Overall it was beautifully maintained and brand-new on the higher floors.

The units are fashionable, brand-new with a good meeting or dining table as well as a very spacious balcony. I liked extremely helpful and friendly efficient personnel that ensures guests have a very very good stay.

The venue is impressive, clean and the location is great near to a winery in Chianti, the Statue of David, the Cathedral of Florence and the Uffizi Gallery, and an ATM, supermarket, post office. The units are new-fashioned, neat with a balcony.

The stay here was really really nice during our European vacation. The rooms were good-sized in general, with a balcony. The hotel had a particularly good and perfect location close to Saint Mary's Cathedral. There was a nice restaurant, a market and chemist's next door.

The venue is fairly clean and huge, views are absolutely gorgeous, the location is marvellous near to centre of most Florence attractions, San Gimignano, a wonderful place near Florence and the hotel's restaurant. It's well-kept and reasonably large with luxury bathrooms. The Irish bar makes the excellent drinks.

We ate at a particularly good restaurant for an excellent Italian meal at a reasonable price. The staff were respectful and the setting was great and decent.

Make sure you stay in the double room with bath & shower as well as big bathroom. The location is great and beautiful for exploring Florence.

The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. A twin room has basic facilities you need. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is courteous and nice. It offers nice services.

Loved my really really nice stay of 4 nights. It had particularly good location, not far from '' the David '' gallery, major sights and the Accademia, which houses Michelangelo's statue of David --. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

King room with a good meeting, a good quality bed, as example.

The breakfast was warm and quick, totally satisfied. The twin room was well-kept and beautifully maintained with a balcony.

The restaurant was pretty good for an excellent Italian meal at a reasonable price here, I had excellent dishes. The location was unbeatable, not too far from a medieval cathedral.

Stuff was EXTREMELY HOSPITABLE, room was brand-new and tastefully decorated.

Had real good stay as our last visit. Wake-up service, available in our family room, was a nice bonus. The bathroom was luxurious, included a hair dryer, a bidet, and a shower cap. The location seemed convenient close to all major attractions. It was also right by the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo, supermarket and the tourist area.

Queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was just next door to the main attractions of the city center, and the Accademia, which houses Michelangelo's statue of David --. Local fast food option Il Forno San Gallo was 5 minutes walk away👌👌

A nice size unit with a nice decor.

This hotel was located in a central area short walk to the amazing night markets and the Central Station. It also was in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was quick and plentiful, we were provided with a decent amount of options to eat, scrambled eggs plus pastries.

Had a quite comfortable stay of our holiday, it met the needs. The staff were very pleasant and superbly friendly as well, would happily go back again.

Warm and quick breakfast options with yogurt and more cooked items, as for instance. Location very close to Fiesole, the main tourist attractions---the cathedral, and Ponte Vecchio.

Had very nice stay for 3 nights, the staff were incredibly hospitable, location was marvellous very close to all the top sightseeing spots. I had brand-new, nicely decorated room with a luxury bathroom.

A private kitchen available. Good choice of food for the continental breakfast...

There was a SUPERB restaurant in the hotel. We appreciated rooms and stuff.
