Clean place & very welcoming staff at the reception desk. Modern and luxury hotel in an incredible setting very near Firenze SMN train station. Plus, walking distance to Church of Santa Maria Novella.

The single room we stayed in was neat with a garden view. The staff were pleasant at the reception desk and breakfast was hearty and very very good. The location was particularly good, directly across from rail station with easy access to a shopping area and supermarkets.

Really good overall experience. Comfy bed in the single room, plus a laptop safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed. Early check in and very good service overall. Elegant facilities, parking nearby. Comfortable and perfect location, within a close distance from a pedestrianized square.

The room was brand-new with a garden view, the staff was very amiable. The location was comfortable, right next to the train station-easy walk to everything, it's a plus.

Everything was simply perfect. Generally, the place was quaint little and had accommodating staff at the reception desk. The food was great - a wide range of options. Our room was large and provided with view of garden, garden, for example. We were in a magnificent and incredible location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a l-shaped square.

Easy and ideal spot adjacent to major attractions in Firenze and shopping area as well as most major sites. Besides, excellent for visiting an indoor market hall.
