Everyone was reasonably good and excellent co-operating. The breakfast was rich and great and had a wide range of food.

A safe, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the quadruple room.

Wonderful hotel with nice breakfasts and lovely personnel. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the guest room, plus a refrigerator, an individual safe, and air conditioner. The breakfast at 9.20.

The staff were excellent and amicable and the location was wonderful close to everything by foot.

We were in a marvellous and perfect location within easy walking distance of a distinguished monument. It was surely a very nice stay for 5 nights.

Absolutely brilliant and nice hotel, spent our time here lovely. The room was fantastic & gorgeous together with 4 twin beds as well as antique furniture.

Tbh, had a nice stay for 5 nights. Everything was excellent, so were lovely views to the back gardens. The location of the hotel was marvellous and incredible - at a short distance from a medieval cathedral. Furthermore, the area was good. The room was exceptionally clean and huge plus it had a safe, central heating, and television. The food was fab and the breakfast was varied.

Clean bathroom, huge, gorgeous room. Varied and great breakfast to start the day, outstanding food. Brilliant and exceptional location, close to the city centre. Also - close to the Duomo and lots of cute restaurants and bars down the street, the Cathedral and other city attractions and good restaurant choices.

Located very close to the train station, easy to get everywhere. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location, silent quadruple room with WiFi signal and air conditioning plus excellent shower. The breakfasts at 9.20.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was great very close to railstation. The staff were very wonderful and the facilities provided were overall nice! Our breakfast was rich and great at 9.20.

All in all, I spend my time excellently. Artistic decoration of the room. There's Trattoria Nerone within 5 minutes walk or so, truly enjoyed their menu.

the location was excellent, only 5 minutes on foot from santa maria novella train station. the decor here was artistic. such main attractions as ponte vecchio were not far from this hotel.
