We had a very special 1 night stay. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and superb duomo view, and also the staff were all efficient.

The double room with a large bathroom, a stunning view plus very comfortable beds. Incredible setting, just off the train, bus, resteraunts and grocery store and city center.

Stylish reasonably clean property, it has fabulously friendly staff at reception desk. The continental buffet breakfast is large with juices, sausage, cheeses. The hotel is in the central location really close to all major sights in Florence.

Really enjoyed every detail about my good 3 nights stay here. The bedroom was generous sized and new-fashioned. The facilities such as a terrace and a balcony were available. The position of the hotel was excellent and beautiful, close to the railway station. All the services were very good.

Compact, large unit with an unforgettable view on Brunelleschi's Dome, complete style, as for instance. A great selection of food at the marvellous breakfast.

Nicely appointed and stylish place all in all, has attentive staff at reception desk. The units are compact and large with the view. They have complementary beverages in the lobby bar.

Booked it for our christmas and had a fine stay here. Stayed for 1 night in this luxury and romantic place, enjoyed that. Efficient service, just what we needed. Our location was absolutely perfect and incredible, near the train station. Moreover, it was at a walking distance from a l-shaped square.

We were offered premium twin room complete with an unforgettable view on Brunelleschi's Dome and comfortable bed plus nice linens. That hotel was in an absolutely perfect and excellent location, in the cafe opposite for half the price.

The room was neat and new-fashioned, the bathroom was fairly clean. The location was unbeatable and excellent, 10 km to Peretola airport, perfectly reachable. The staff were reasonably good and gave us good recommendations.

The room was compact and elegant with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the guest bathroom. The hotel had a very central position next to Duomo, the San Lorenzo and Porcellino markets, as well as the Ponte Vecchio and Academia gallery. Plus, a medieval cathedral was not too far from the venue.

All in all, it's luxury place that has attentive staff at reception desk.

Their breakfast is pretty expensive, can be far better.

The property is impeccably clean with an amazing design, and the continental buffet breakfast is warm! A downtown area, absolutely perfect location near the train station and the Duomo, and San Lorenzo and the Medici Palace. Easy walk to a cathedral-flanked square.

Overall it was beautifully maintained and compact with very comfortable beds. The location was perfect and magnificent for Florence, next to the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia, Palazzo Vecchio and the San Lorenzo Market, and lots of restaurants nearby.

Location was good and staff was welcoming. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at Vivi-Market, located just walking distance from the hotel. Rooms open to a terrace. It deserves its 4 stars...
