Everything was very good, extremely helpful staff, wonderful location just next door to the rest of the historic district, the Uffizi Gallery, Pointe Vecchio and the rest that Florence has to offer, and Florence has to offer.

Great value, room was air-conditioned, staff were exceptionally courteous. Good service offered in this hotel. Could use their private parking.

Facilities were elegant, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The rooms were beautifully maintained and had a splendid view of the river and hills beyond. The friendly efficient staff offered us a free breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and tasty with Prosecco available and had a good choice of food. We got great-sized superior room with a view of the arno as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was marvellous, 0.5 km to Peretola airport, perfectly reachable.

Enjoyed our stay, would be happy to recommend. The hotel was beautifuly designed, fairly clean, in a particularly good area. The bed was good and the room overall was air conditioned and lovely romantic. The food was amazing, especially a continental breakfast. The location was incredible and the staff were exceptionally attentive. There were boutiques and shops around the property.

The rooms are recently refurbished and soundproof here with wonderful view, balcony, as example. The breakfast is plentiful with cappuccino, bacon and yoghurts, there’s an option for each taste.

Good location, within a close distance from a picturesque medieval arched river bridge. Also - close to all the tourist attractions. A great selection of products for a delicious and plentiful breakfast.

By and large, it was cosy base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met efficient staff at the reception desk. We appreciated the superior king room which was newly remodelled with a large outside balcony.

The hotel was perfect little and fairly clean, had splendid views of sunsets. The room was recently renovated with a large bed and a delicious breakfast included. The location was amazing, and we could reach an art museum by walking. There was a fantastic restaurant, boutiques and shops next door. We enjoyed the vegetarian cuisine in the restaurant.

Would definitely recommend this place and would use them next time. That hotel was sophisticated, the rooms were newly renovated and beds were good. I was offered a room with splendid views of the river.

We were in Florence for 2 days, had very nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with amazing and fantastic location in the city centre. The service was efficient, that made the venue simply stunning place.

Central location and relaxing hotel itself. Very easy to get from Peretola airport, just 10 km. Savoury and plentiful breakfast with healthy options, hot drinks.

Good food in the bar for free breakfast with a view to the river. Location - perfect, right by the river in Firenze and the Ufizzi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio bridge. Again, not far from an Italian museum.

The room was spotless and stylish and equipped with a view of the Duomo, a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, computer as described. The location of the hotel was awesome and easy - within walking distance of Church of Santa Maria Maggiore.

The hotel met required needs, it was an unforgettable stay in September. Its personnel was amazingly attentive and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Location: the venue was near to Florence attractions, both Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce and the Ufizzi musuem a short stroll to the Duomo.

The staff were hospitable and knowledgeable hole time of my stay. The room was updated and heated with a private bathroom. The continental breakfast was included.
