Beautiful and incredible location for our trip. Brand-new and spotless units with a shower. Efficient and attentive staff, free wake up service and ironing available.

The location was amazing and incredible, short walk to cafes, the Uffizi and the Duomo and all main attractions. Efficient and accommodating staff who were always there to help. The bedroom was huge and new-fashioned.

The stay was absolutely really great. The staff were accommodating, the breakfast was satisfactory and everything was good.

We stayed in a nice size room with a brand new bathroom that also had wake-up service. We had a GOOD stay thanks to very helpful and caring staff. An innovative gallery was a minute walk from the hotel, liked its location in an old palazzo.

Staff was attentive and hotel is fairly clean and modest! Excellent location, a cathedral and a church were within walking distance from the venue. Furthermore, the area was cozy.

I truly enjoyed this budget hotel and stayed for 14 nights here. The breakfast looked good, with industrial croissant, unfortunately I didn't have time and didn't try it. The location of the property was very central, right by a sixteenth century palace in beautiful Florence and main cathedral.

The guest room with the shower, private bath, for example was ideal for our trip. The staff were efficient and very helpful. The location was stunning and magnificent for walking around a prominent art museum. Also, the area was central. Appreciated that it was walking distance to a train station.

I appreciated double room with balcony. The location in the heart of the town was unbeatable.

The rooms are airy and huge here with the shared bathroom, a shower plus AC. The hotel is set in a stunning and fantastic location just next door to city center and the train station. Florence Historic Centre district won't disappoint you.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to the train station, the main church, the Duomo of Florence and the city centre-hence excellent location. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Florence Historic Centre district.

This was exactly the guest room I wanted in Florence. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and it had a hairdryer and fresh towels for my convenience. The hotel was in a very central location in the heart of city.

It was clean, everyone was understanding. The location offered was marvellous next to the railway station and the Cathedral, the beautiful Florence and Firenze in the future.

The hotel was in an excellent location adjacent to the historical city centre. It also was to from Pisa airport.

The hotel was charming, the room was airy and I thoroughly enjoyed amicable staff. The setting was quite great and incredible within easy reach of a neo-gothic Franciscan church. My stay was such great here.

Modern & airy unit with shower. A private safe, central heating, and iron and ironing board available. All in all excellent location, not far from the main attractions of Florence as well as main cathedral. Besides, easy to get to an art museum.

Everything was amazing, however a few employees were a bit rude. The breakfast was good during our stay.
