The staff are amiable and helpful, and the host too. Make sure to get double room with fresh sheets. The breakfast choices are satisfactory with the homemade pies and hot chocolate, as example.

The breakfast deal was particularly nice with hard boiled eggs, the homemade pies plus the well served cappuccino. Location: the hotel was adjacent to all the Florence attractions and the main train station. Popped in I' Ripiglino for shots before sleep, it was at a walking distance from the venue...

The room was new-fashioned, immaculate with fresh sheets, I was pleased. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet was a bonus.

Appreciated our good-sized and modern rooms, plus the staff was amicable. The location was good - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Visited few places in the centre, within a close distance from the hotel.
