Our hotel was in a perfect location, close to a train station. There was a good restaurant, a supermarket and little stores next door. Our superior king room included a safe box, central heating, and a TV set.

It had marvellous location very close to historic Florence, restaurants, stores and yo historic sites and the Duomo. The most important was the staff - affable and welcoming people. The double room that we stayed in was modern and bright.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, great and unique location to the various museums we wanted to visit. Also - adjacent to railway station, the very centre of Florence, and good restaurants, museums, monuments, supermarkets, shops.

Really loud area.

This hotel was nice, with excellent service and awesome location near to all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh baked cereals, and the staff were amiable.

The staff were helpful every time I needed help. I booked good sized and nice cosy room, that was offered with high ceiling, a modern bathroom, an awesome location near many restaurants.

We've stayed here before and truly enjoyed this place. Had a really lovely stay during our 4 nights, everything was amazing. We walked everywhere, the location was perfect and lovely, right in the centre. Further, it was just next door to all the major attractions in Florence within 5/10 minutes, the Arno river and historic Florence.

Had a really enjoyable stay during our 4 nights. We booked a double room, it was new-fashioned and had a fridge, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. The staff were both amiable and caring. We loved staying at this hotel and will be back.

It's lovely hotel with a nice interior housed in a very good building. The staff is friendly and outstandingly accommodating as well as property's host. The breakfast was enjoyable and delicious, we really enjoyed lots of meals.

It is a quaint and nice property located in Florence Historic Centre district close enough to carrefour express, and many restaurants and beautiful sites. The rooms are fashionable and the location is lovely. Of course, would recommend.

The location was unique and awesome, near good restaurants, museums, monuments, supermarkets, shops, the Arno river, the Duomo and the train station and all the major attractions in Florence within 5 / 10 minutes. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to L'antico Trippaio to relax and grab some food.

Great and fantastic location with a train station walk from the building. Nearby Il Vivandiere - great place to chill out.

Beds were a little hard.

I recommend to stay here. Such wonderful experience, the hotel is nice with awesome location 10min on foot to the train station. Everyone who works in the venue is affable and efficient. The breakfast variety is enjoyable with pastries and croissants was delightfull, for instance, excellent service.

Overall had really lovely stay during our 4 nights. It had central location close to Full Up.

My stay was excellent during our 4 nights. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous with frozen croissants reheated in an oven, pastries, baked at the moment bread and served by the welcoming staff. The hotel has great location adjacent to the historic centre, and good restaurants, museums, monuments, supermarkets, shops. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

The food was great, with variety of options. The location was marvellous and incredible, at a short distance from a picturesque medieval arched river bridge😀😀😀

The rooms are new-fashioned and well-maintained, provided with with a big window, high ceiling, for instance. The hotel's staff is caring.

The location was absolutely perfect, relatively near a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Plus it was minutes from a cathedral and historic sites.

Well, the area was really loud overall.
