Amiable staff, savoury breakfast, fab location next to Florence old town. Luxurious and huge room plus well designed bathroom. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The weather was wonderful, had really comfortable stay for holidays. The staff were very-very nice and courteous and gave me good recommendations. The room was very specious and luxurious, loved my exceptionally comfortable bed. It was in the very central location in a lovely restaurant serving a fresh buffet style breakfast.

The rooms were airy and stylish even in the bedrooms. I found breads, cereal, and cheese to be fab! All of the staff were very caring, amicable. Its location was fantastic, close enough to a super cute cafe, shops and restaurants and Florence for one night.

Shopping area, very central location right by many restaurants, and the train station and most tourist spots. An electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning available in the king room.

I've chosen this wonderful hotel for staying here with my 2 couples. I were offered fresh bread, cereal, and cheese in the cafe.

The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from a l-shaped square.

All in all, it was perfect place for travelling to Florence. The staff was really kind throughout the day. A mini-bar, a sofa bed, and central heating inside the family room were handy. The location of the hotel was great and unbeatable, in a cafe about 5min walk away which was more than adequate. We had goodies and coffee at Caffe Scudieri, it was located only a short distance to the venue. Tbh, had a great stay for holidays.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a memorable stay for holidays. Its personnel was charming and kind, no reason to complain. The breakfast was great with plenty of dishes to choose from.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a cathedral-flanked square was marvellous and awesome. The room was very specious and luxurious, with a private bathroom. The staff was supper friendly and courteous and the host too.

Everything was perfect and really enjoyed my stay there. It was fashionable, reasonably large and with excellent breakfast. I had fabulous bread, cereal, and cheese in the morning. Minutes from a railway station, the location was perfect and excellent, super close to Firenze SMN train station. Pizzeria Antica Pizzeria Del Duomo was 200 metres away from the place.

The rooms were immaculate and the location was awesome in the nearby restaurant. The breakfast had plenty of food, including freshly made fresh bread, cereals and cheese.

It had very central location close to Museum of Misericordia. The staff was amicable and caring, as well as host.

The interior of the rooms was beautiful. The location was fab, within walking distance of a medieval stone bridge. Plus, it was short walk to a nearby restaurant, Main train station Santa Maria Novella and Florence.

Really great stay, as always. Overall an intimate small hotel. Brilliant and exceptional location within walking distance of Full Up. In the lovely area with bars and restaurants close to the property. Caring staff during my stay. Lots of meals for breakfast, including cereal, slices of fresh bread and cheese.

the property was in the heart of the city. the place had a family atmosphere. the breakfast included cereals, bread and cheese.

Large room, SUPERB breakfast in the cafe. Location was exceptional, next to where we needed to be. After the arrival, we met host, who was helpful. Besides, public parking was convenient.

Nothing, all was good.
