The hotel was absolutely great, the room was a nice size and tastefully decorated, had essentials for an extra special stay. Nice location in the heart of historical centre, I liked my stay. It was also close enough to all the major attractions in Florence & within walking distance of the train, a restaurant and the center of florance.

Booked the hotel for its excellent and lovely location right by all attractions and the Duomo, which is basically the center of Florence. It also was in the heart of historical centre.

My hotel room was good value for money and beautifully decorated with the amazing view, the balcony and a single bed. A hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets where a plus. The stuff were super-friendly and amiable and the location was amazing in the centre. In general the service was very good.

neat double room was adequate. there was a bidet, a plus for me. the hotel was placed in the very central location in the center of town. the management was accommodating, as well as the staff.

The cafe was perfect for breakfast. Besides, the location was amazing and incredible for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a fortress palace. The staff were both accommodating and affable:)))

We loved it. The hotel was located adjacent to all the major attractions in Florence, Florence for a wedding and the main train station. The location was magnificent in the heart of the city.
