My favourite property in Florence. Gorgeous place with amazingly nice staff and amazing food. Marvellous and awesome location for Florence, near the most up-market square, and the main sights on Florence. Good service throughout.

The staff was very, very nice and we would have stayed for longer. Overall had really great stay on vacation. The hotel's position was great and incredible close to restaurants and cafes. Btw, it was close to a museum and a cathedral.

The breakfast was above average and we loved the restaurant where it was served. The hotel had an amazing location close to a 15th-century Renaissance mansion. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were excellent.

Simply nothing to complain about, wonderful stay. Fairly clean place accompanied by amicable staff. Very central location, not very far from a l-shaped square. Stylish & extremely pleasant room with plenty of lights to turn on, toiletries plus coffee. Delightful food for breakfast in the restaurant.

Loved every minute of being there, would definitely recommend. The service at this boutique hotel was GOOD. We were in an amazing location just a pleasant stroll away from an art museum. There was above average breakfasts with pastries and 2 products, as example.
