Fantastic hotel with kind stuff, walk from cafes and bars. Stunning, marvellous location in the wonderful area.

My favourite property in Florence. Gorgeous place with amazingly nice staff and amazing food. Marvellous and awesome location for Florence, near the most up-market square, and the main sights on Florence. Good service throughout.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue suited the needs. The location was fantastic, around 10-15 minutes walk from an indoor market hall.

The staff was very, very nice and we would have stayed for longer. Overall had really great stay on vacation. The hotel's position was great and incredible close to restaurants and cafes. Btw, it was close to a museum and a cathedral.

The breakfast was above average and we loved the restaurant where it was served. The hotel had an amazing location close to a 15th-century Renaissance mansion. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were excellent.

The staff was extraordinary service-minded and responsive to what we asked for. We liked having breakfast in the bar.

In a very central location with cafes and bars walk from the hotel. Besides, excellent for visiting a medieval stone bridge. Superb stay on vacation.

It is a great and lovely property located in Florence Historic Centre district close to the center of Florence, and the cathedral. Its location is great and brilliant on the main square.

Well-designed and reasonably large rooms with a big bathroom and good service - just as I expected. It was a great stay in the very heart of Florence...
