Everything was fine, including generous breakfasts with fresh pastries and great views.

There is a reasonable and generous breakfast for a start. Air conditioned modern rooms, they are provided with the bedroom.

An exceptionally comfortable and pretty standard hotel, my first choice in Florence.

The single room was soundproof and silent with balcony and a NICE view. Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Florence.

Ideal and reasonably clean hotel, particularly good location away from all landmarks. Reasonable and good breakfast selection for all tastes with great views and sweet, as example. Enjoyable overall experience.

There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was fine. The rooms where nicely decorated and brand-new with tv, felt like home.

You guys made my stay very good. Everything was great, including smart staff and magnificent location in good walking distance from the centre. I was happy, the single room I booked came with decent view, balcony, a really nice shower.

Nicely decorated and well-equipped units with a cosy bed, an amazing view, nice terrace, and the staff were attentive. The service was very good.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi was bad.

Overall it was great value for money with a cosy bed.

A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were very handy. The hotel location was absolutely perfect in good walking distance from the centre. Lungarno del Tempio district was worth exploring.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

The bed in my modern and soundproof room was large. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was fabulous.

Pretty standard and perfect place, it has competent staff with good customer service. The restaurant is very nice, serves fresh dishes.

Queen room with nice terrace where u see florence, had basic facilities we needed.

The location is good, a 10-15 minute walk from a neo-gothic Franciscan church. The staff is efficient. I have stayed in the single room with a balcony, a storage, and excellent WiFi.

We would recomand it. Reasonably spacious and spotlessly clean hotel, location was excellent just off the bus stops, other places by walk and the historic center of the city.

I booked a neat and soundproof room complete with beautiful views, a lovely balcony with beautiful views of Florence, terrace. Very good service, although a few employees were not so helpful. Lungarno del Tempio district was worth staying in.

Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Piazzale Michelangelo...

Actually everything was great. Location: the hotel was so close to downtown. Also, it was within just 1 km from Rooms. The food was fabulous and there were variety of dishes in the menu. You could leave a car in the street.

Loved staying at the double room. The bathroom was stylish and it had a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet for my convenience.

Everything was fab and the view was great. Had clean bathroom. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was available here.

The room was tidy, breakfast was great. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. We really enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Caffe Pasticceria Serafini.

The street itself was noisy.
