The hotel is reasonably priced and in an incredible location close to the tram station. Continental breakfast with scrambled eggs which are quite rare in Europe, particularly good.

A wide array of meals for breakfast, it was varied. The staff were attentive and very very helpful and knew the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was nice modern and fashionable and had air conditioning, an individual safe, and a work desk.

Great food, good service. The rooms with extra soft bed and nice bathrooms. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location - close to a tram station.

It was based in very good building in a perfect and nice location, very near to bus stop that takes you to center in 20 minutes. Rooms were nice modern and beautifully designed and provided with comfortable beds and balcony plus a good view.

The room like on the picture. The staffs were hospitable & knowledgeable. Incredible location in the heart of Florence or near the train station was a plus. What's more, it was very close to train stations or bus stations and local bus stop.

The setting of hotel was particularly good and ideal, close to everything. When it was abnormally hot outside we decided to visit Bar Vicky, nice place to chill.

The staff were very very helpful and we had a SAVOURY continental breakfast. The room was brand-new and generous-sized with private bathroom and absolutely breathtaking views.

Liked this low-budget hotel, would recommend. The restaurant was magnificent with very good food, we ordered appetising dishes.

Magnificent and fantastic location in an industrial area just off train stations or bus stations, Florence downtown, and Bus 22 straight into the centre of the city. Brand-new & nicely decorated rooms with a good view from the window, modern furniture and PIN code access instead of a key. Close to a tram station, perfect and exceptionally nice location.
