The venue was clean and the staff were amicable. Its location was nice, adjacent to restaurants and cafes, tram and walking to the trail. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Florence Historic Centre district.

The room was nice and what's more - included slippers and dressing gowns. The bed was very comfy, best sleep ever. It was in an unbeatable location minutes from a tram station.
