The staff is flexible, makes sure that the place is clean. Make sure you stay in the standard double room with a balcony...

The units are fashionable, brand-new with the balcony overlooking via roma. The hotel is centrally located near the Duomo and the Piazza de la Republica, all the attractions and a very popular square.

Location: the hotel was really close to the river and the Santa Maria del fiore and other attractions like Piazza della Signoria, the Academia & the Uffizi Gallery. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room - romantic and tastefully decorated.

The place was fairly clean with a caring staff at the reception desk. I booked neat huge room with view. Appreciated this trendy boutique hotel, can't recommend highly enough.
