Our room was beautifully decorated with functional bathroom, it faced street. Hotel's location was perfect, to most tourist spots.

Everything was great, the staff were superbly friendly and affable. That hotel was in a great location, in the area-college kids. And it was also close to historical center and Florence for a vacations.

Our rooms were air-conditioned and tastefully decorated here with wooden floors and window overlooking terrace. The food was delightful, had a great selection of options. Was a good home base for trip.

Check in was early, hotel was deluxe, locations was beautiful in the historical center. The atmosphere was quiet and the staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating. Everything was wonderful, including very good breakfast on the roof top.

The staff members were very-very nice and helped us with taxi. Booked a room with view. A safe, central heating, and iron and ironing board were a huge plus. The location was marvellous and stunning, to the Uffizi gallery, in the touristic area.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel. All in all everything was really good, even so we had very small bathroom. The location was best possible as it was next to restaurants and bars.

Deluxe hotel with quiet atmosphere in a very nice area not far from all the major sights as well as Ufizzi. Top location, a short way from everywhere. Again, not far from a l-shaped square.

We liked the hotel and would definitely come back. The breakfast was incredible and great and well presented with local products and fantastic cappuccino, as example. The staff was accommodating and exceptionally nice the entire time.

Overall it was neat and new-fashioned with a private wc.

croissants, jam, and cheese for breakfast are a plus. it boasts historic, top location really close to very nice area as well as close to uffizi. florence historic centre district is absolutely worth visiting.

It was comfortable base for travelling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from a spandrel arch bridge. The staff was welcoming in all aspects, helped me with taxi.

Last time we stopped we had an air-conditioned, new-fashioned room with a private wc.

The location was marvellous and incredible for walking around a fortress palace. It also was in the historical center.

Deluxe queen room included a safe, central heating, iron and ironing board. Its bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom - clean. The location was marvellous, overlooking street.

Best possible location, next to Piazza Santa Croce. Incredible options for breakfast with local products, homemade jam and freshly made coffee...
