Good-sized room with a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron; and with great decor.

It had unbeatable and stunning location near the cathedral of Florence, located in a quiet residential area and the Duomo, uffizi and other star sights. Also, The Grave of a Nazi Dog was next door. The rooms were good-sized and brand-new with a balcony, a comfortable bed, as for instance, that's all we needed.

I had a lovely experience here, everything was fantastic, the location was exceptionally nice next to the center of Florence by walk, the Galleria dell'Accademia, and the Dome and city centre. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was savoury.

We had beautiful and tidy room with hypoallergenic pillows. The staff was amazing, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Everything is good here, had a very comfortable stay for value for money and an excellent stay. My must haves' are a huge, spotless room with a private balcony, a comfortable bed and nice big bathroom. The hotel's staff is lovely. The location is very central, adjacent to major attractions too, all major sights on foot and the restaurant. Also, it's 2 km away from an art museum.

The room was well decorated and brand-new with great amenities. The staff I met were accommodating and affable.

Enjoyed our beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms, plus the stuff was amicable. Our room had a comfy bed and a particularly nice view. Great location close to city center made it easy to get to key attractions. The food they offered was delightful, had a good choice of meals.

The room was brand-new with private bathroom. Thanks to the accommodating staff everything was high quality, including a lot of outstanding food. The location was good for me, close to the center od Florence.

I stayed here for 3 days and would like to stay here on the next trip. Liked how nicely designed the property was. The room was fully-equipped, it had flat-screen television, ironing facilities, and a study table. I could see inner courtyard.

Separate room with a balcony as well as very good air conditioning all over the B&B. Amazing staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Location right by the main attractions, the center of Florence and the train station.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel's location was awesome, close to main attractions, the main sightseeings and the center of Firenze. It also was in a less residential area. There was fabulous food, the staff was lovely.

The place is perfect and has marvellous location quite close to the main sites. All the rooms are lovely on the same balcony and the staff is awesome! They offer a balcony and a mini-refrigerator.

We liked staying in this hotel, it was perfect. We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a FANTASTIC experience. All the staff was amazing and absolutely amazing and greeted us warmly.

The hotel had a marvellous and awesome position, really close to public transport. Besides, it was adjacent to Duomo complex, and all main attractions.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an ironing set, a work desk, and a TV set with satellite channels inside the room. The staff was lovely and really kind, always there to help. Dinner and breakfast food was fabulous.

Location so close to the city centre as well as Ponte Vecchio.

This was exactly the suite I wanted in Florence. The bed was large, and the staff were hospitable. The service was absolutely friendly.

the staff were all awesome, and the room was stunning and splendid. the bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bidet. the location of the hotel was marvellous - within easy walking distance of an art museum. and it was minutes away from a cathedral and a gallery.

The food was savoury, with lots of options. The rooms were huge and stunning, with windows opening to courtyard. The location was stunning, for example, an open - air market was not too far from the hotel.

deluxe hotel where an amazing breakfast was served. the workers were really helpful. a wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like la latteria that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

It was a superior hotel, we enjoyed it. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Florence Historic Center district. A wide range of food items served for tasty breakfast:)))
