The queen room overlooked city. The continental breakfast was served in the café.

As for me, the area was extremely busy.

The place was clean and little, had excellent staff upon my request. The hotel was in a stunning location, by city Hall. And I were next to Florence for 3 nights, a museum and everything, sights, shopping, and restaurants.

The hotel's location was incredible and stunning, in the center with a shopping area and a flea market within walking distance.

Well, the area was very busy overall.

It was as expected, had a great stay for 4 nights. Stayed here with my family members and everything was very good. Particularly good and fab location - an easy walk to everywhere I needed.

The breakfast was adequate and satisfactory with plenty of dishes.

Facilities were new, but Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Overall it was large with a king size bed. Liked this small hotel, and we would happily return.

My stay was perfectly pleasant here. I was here for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner. This hotel had a central position in the heart of the city.

The place was clean, I booked the queen room with city views, everything was really good. I was here for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent in a historic area, very close to Piazza della Signoria, the market square and the train station.

The staff was very cheerful, really made a difference to my trip. The breakfast was great and adequate with homemade coffee, with lots of outstanding options.

It had very central location close to a medieval cathedral. The management was top-class and attentive, as well as the staff.

It offers adequate and good breakfasts and has a magnificent restaurant. The guest room is nicely equipped with 2 separate beds, a large bath and the couch.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was very good. Fantastic and perfect location, it was minute walk from the train station. Ate at the outdoor restaurant for dinner: )

Location - excellent, really close to the tourist area, and wonderful cafes. Huge & nicely equipped unit with high ceiling.

The property is clean with a nice design, and the continental breakfast is great. The units are tastefully decorated, brand-new.

The staff was fantastic & wonderful. I ate at a great restaurant for dinner. The bathroom was spacious, beds were fine.

A nice size units and EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff upon my request. Lots of facilities such as: a mini-bar, central heating, tea and coffee making equipment.

The units were large with huge bed. Plus, the location is incredible and amazing, minutes from a medieval cathedral.

We got guest room, which was nicely equipped. The location was excellant and amazing for walking around a spandrel arch bridge. Plus, it was not far from walking to almost all of the main sites including the Uffizi, the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio and La Signoria di Firenze on the first night of an eight-day stay in Tuscany...

The hotel was very clean. Our single room included a mini-bar, a private safe and a writing table. We recommend, to anyone staying in Florence.

amazing location, good sized room, helpful staff. it is located in the heart of the city. stopped by caffe rivoire to get some coffee and treats, it's extremely close to the venue, recommend. the place was perfect, no reason to complain, would recommend.
