Nice that the hotel is in the heart of the city. Also, it's 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park. Classic triple room is updated, has a good size bathroom.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, to the nearby attractions, good for celebrating birthday. The staff were lovely, their services were exceptional.

Overall it was spotless and fancy, with a marble bathroom. The service was perfect and the location was great.

Lovely and elegant staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The location was fab and great, very close to the train station. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Florence Historic Centre district.

Efficient check in and a great service throughout my stay. Everything excellent. Amazing location close to the train stations and the bus stations, a really cool cozy, rustic /industrial decorated restaurant nearby and the city center, at the bottom of the Duomo, fancy and neat rooms.

We were upgraded to functional classic room with a wonderful view of san lorenzo's dome. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

Intimate and clean hotel, superb views of Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Very good sized and well-equipped units and attentive staff at the reception desk. Plenty of facilities such as: a flat-screen television, a hair dryer, and a safe box. Location - perfect and excellent, just next door to an amazing food store as well as the major attractions and all the nice restaurants. Besides, very convenient to a 1st ever fully licensed distillery.

Classic queen room with tea/coffee, the toilet located about 10 steps higher than the bedroom plus twisted picture. Awesome location easy to reach from the central station also, easy to get anywhere. Situated only 1 km from an indoor and outdoor food market.

It was a great place to stay in Florence. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with comfortable bed as well as a modern decor.

The vibe here was family. The breakfast had lots of food and it was free of charge and large. Its location at a walking distance from a l-shaped square was absolutely perfect.

Accommodation was big size and perfect with outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly staff at the reception desk. The restaurant was very nice with good buffet breakfast, I tried freshly cooked dishes. The bed was large and the balcony had particularly nice views of the close by cathedral.

Very close to the train station, the location was marvellous and awesome, to him everything was obvious because he worked there & was familiar with the facilities. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Enoteca Lombardi.

Brilliant location in Florence Historic Centre district so close to the must-do attractions, train station and restaurants, a restaurant which is 5-8 minutes walk away, and the Arno River, the Ufizzi, Gallileo Museum, Ponte Vecchio and Acadamie. Also, in the centre of the city.

Beds were a bit too soft.

Everything was nice, had a real good stay fOR HOLIDAY. We were in a marvellous and best possible location not too far from a prominent art museum.

We think it's a reasonable base for staying in Florence. The rooms were en-suite, they were very clean. Worth its 3 stars.

Nearby restaurant called All'antico vinaio was nice, we had a dinner there. The beds are comfortable, we loved them.
