The hotel was overall clean and had really helpful and superbly friendly staff. Our venue was in an unbeatable and magnificent location in a quiet area. Moreover, it's adjacent to the local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would return here.

Thoroughly enjoyed Florence, the hotel was beautifully designed and absolutely brilliant really close to a metro station. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a nice clean bathroom across the hall and the breakfast was nice! The decor here was nice. The staff was really helpful and super-friendly and we would return here.

The room was well laid out and nicely decorated with private bathroom, separated wc plus good air conditioning and the overall experience was really lovely.

The breakfast was particularly nice with juice, delicious fresh cakes and the soya milk and the atmosphere was QUIET. Location: the hotel was very close to railway station, centrum and st novella and the old town. The staff was very polite and helped to make our stay a comfortable experience.

The hotel had an excellent location quite a walk from San Martino a Montughi. And it was also right by busstation, tram station and Santa Croce.

The breakfast was incredibly nice with many cakes! The location of the hotel was magnificent, to find the local restaurants.

Magnificent location to find the local restaurants in a great quiet area. For tea or coffee visit Pasticceria Caldana nearby.

New-fashioned superior queen room, large beds.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, at a medium distance from Careggi Hospital.

the hotel staff was incredibly nice and affable. the location in a residential area was marvellous and there were the main shopping centre and a market nearby. it was located close to a tram station giving access to many florence attractions.

The room we booked was huge and spotlessly clean with good amenities and a nice clean bathroom plus a TV too as advertised.

The location was great - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was welcoming and polite with advice and suggestions😃

Nice beds, perfect after a long day in Florence. All in all excellent value for money...

It offers good prices. The queen room overlooked the street.
