The rooms were brand-new, good-sized, came with a very nice bathroom, good air condition, aircon.

All in all everything was modern, had a perfect stay of suggestions for you trip. Booked deluxe king suite with tasteful modern decor. The staff were caring and very helpful, ready to any request. The breakfast had plenty of options and included tea and cakes. The breakfast was excellent, the check in was easy.

The hotel's position was marvellous, close to the center. Moreover, it's adjacent to the T2 tram and attractions restaurants, the market and cafes.

Loved our stay, and will be back. We have stayed here for 1 night and had a perfect 10/10 experience. The food was local, included breads, pastries, yoghourt, fruit, and eggs. We had a very good service, sensational breakfast.

The venue was quaint and hospitable, I appreciated the location very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, places to eat and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and city views. The hotel had a central setting close to public transport. Besides, just a few minutes from a 15th - century Dominican church. The staff was best, amicable, and responded promptly to requests. The service was very good and the food was local.

As for me, the area was very busy.
