Excellent location in Florence short walk to a short walk into the main tourist area, and the Santa Maria Novella train station. Outstandingly accommodating and amiable staff, air-conditioned double room. A bidet in the bathroom.

New-fashioned a nice size rooms with high ceiling, tall windows, great shower. Modern design of it. Easy to get to, magnificent and unbeatable location close to tram as well as restaurants, shops and museums. A wide range of food options not too far away from the venue.

Beds were not very comfortable.

The hotel met every demand. We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was fantastic. The location was absolutely perfect close to main attractions in Firenze, close to a train station. There was Il Cantone del Guelfo nearby to grab something to eat.

Incredibly beautiful and absolutely great place for a short stay, definitely recommended. It's superb base for sightseeing and exploring Florence. The staff are well organised and the location is unbeatable and comfortable to the cafe next door where you could chose which option you 'd like.

The location of the hotel was incredible and convenient - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a l-shaped square. It was also just off main shopping area, and Convenient to train.

Climate control and 2 windows available in the family studio. Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from a cathedral-flanked square. Just next door to Very close to the main train station, Easy to walk to from the Santa Maria Novella train station, and Easy to walk to Duomo.

The double room was modern with high ceiling, the bed was comfy. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet were a plus. The personnel was very friendly and outstandingly accommodating, doing their best to assist.

Location right by an amazing cafe on the street level as well as the centre of Florence. Also, really close to the city center.

We appreciated the hotel, it was beautiful and had incredible location just off the city center, major churches, and many restaurants. The staff was professional and gave us great advices. The whole experience was pleasant.

Shame the bathroom was cold.

Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay. It's our place to stay when in Florence! The location is peaceful and minutes from a train station. Don't forget to visit nearby Crys Wine Bar, they have best coffee ever.

Liked our stay, and would stay there again. The location was awesome, within walking distance of an art museum. The property was located about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Professional staff, gave a lot of information.

Had central location close to everything. Plus, it was near main attractions, Florence, and the train station and the food market. The room was tidy with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a hairdryer, a bidet and a shower cap in the bathroom: )

lovely base for exploring florence. it has nice service and location. really loved that air conditioner, a personal safe and an electronic key card were included. in addition, free wi-fi was a plus.

A fantastic experience. After the arrival, we met host, who was great! The hotel had an incredible location, about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. Easy walk to Trattoria Nerone, where you can have lunch.
